in the beautiful Stuttgarter Westen is an approx. 20sqm large fully furnished WG room has become free.
The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen and a daylight bath. There is also a basement compartment associated with the apartment.
The entire apartment was completely renovated about 5 years ago. The floor was refurbished in all rooms with chic tiles and a new kitchen including appliances was installed. The furniture in the room (bed, wardrobe and desk) was also added. The chair depicted on the photos and the Kallax shelf do not belong to the room.
In 2023, next to the apartment, the house was also renewed from the outside. Among other things, all windows were replaced (the old windows are still visible in the pictures), which offer excellent insulation for the cold in winter.

im schönen Stuttgarter Westen ist ein ca. 20qm großes, vollmöbliertes WG-Zimmer frei geworden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine moderne Einbauküche und ein Tageslichtbad. Ein zur Wohnung zugehöriges Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor ca. 5 Jahren komplett renoviert. Hierbei wurde der Boden in allen Räumen mit schicken Fliesen erneuert und eine neue Küche samt Geräten verbaut. Die im Zimmer enthaltenen Möbel (Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch) kamen ebenfalls neu hinzu. Der auf den Fotos abgebildete Stuhl sowie das Kallax-Regal gehören nicht zum Zimmer.
In 2023 wurde neben der Wohnung auch das Haus von außen erneuert. Hierbei wurden u.a. alle Fenster ausgetauscht (auf den Bildern sind noch die alten Fenster zu sehen), die v.a. im Winter eine hervorragende Isolierung gegen die Kälte bieten.
