Die helle Wohnung umfasst 4 Zimmer (3 WG Zimmer, großes Wohn- / Esszimmer, Küche inkl. Geschirrspülmaschine, WC getrennt, Bad mit Tageslicht, schöner Balkon. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen zur Verfügung.
Das Haus ist in zweiter Reihe zur Straße. Somit ist die Wohnung trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und unser Balkon ins Grüne lässt sich zum ausspannen perfekt nutzen.
Wir, beide berufstätig und unkompliziert (einmal Haupt- und einmal Nebenwohsitz), suchen einen netten und ebenso unkomplizierten Mitbewohner. Du solltest eine gute Portion Humor mitbringen, ausgeglichen sein und den Umgang mit Katzen mögen. Hendrik kocht sehr gerne und ist auch für gemeinsame Unternehmungen offen. Nadja hat nur ihren Zweitwohnsitz in der Wohnung und ist somit nur gelegentlich da.
Wenn du an unserer schönen WG Interesse hast, auch vegetarisch oder vegan lebst, Lust hast dich gelegentlich bei der Versorgung der Katzen zeitlich (keine Kosten) mit einzubringen und es magst gepflegt zu wohnen, dann melde dich bei uns.
