Hello dear WG
because Ronja is collaborating with her friend, we are looking for a new fitting/fitting roommate, maybe that's you?
We live here together in an apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with everything the cooker desires. It has a large stove, oven, dishwasher, various kitchen machines and two refrigerators. There are also two bathrooms and two separate toilets, which makes the thing quite relaxed.
The room itself has a double window with beautiful views of garden and forest. There is a large built-in cabinet. If this is not enough, there is space in the basement or on the attic, which is only accessible to us directly in the apartment. There you can also hang up excellent laundry.
As a special i-cup we have access to our in-house sauna for the winter time.
Our biggest highlight, however, is a huge garden with vegetable beet, fruit trees, wildflower meadow and several terasses on different levels. Since the other house parties do not want to use the garden, one can take advantage of projects and ideas. For larger promotions, we would like to invite friends who want to help.
The apartment is located in a semi-high position on the southern slope in Stuttgart South on the border with Heslach. It is super situated and offers idyllic access to the forest without being far from the city life.
In 9 minutes you can reach the metro stop Bihlplatz. From there you come in a few minutes with the U1 and U14 to the city or in the opposite direction Vaihingen. The popular Marienplatz with all its cafes, bars and shops is just a 4-minute drive away. If you run a little longer (as 16 - 20 minutes) you will be at the S-Bahn station Schwabstraße, from which all S-Bahns depart.
Even by bike there is a lot to do here when you bring a bit of powder.
We are an open and relaxed WG. It is important to us that we are together: we like to sit together, drink tea/coffee or cook. Also occasional game evenings or, depending on the interest, common hobbie exercises, such as boulder excursions or gardening are inside. A lot of things can't be done. We also need time for us, especially when we come home from work in the evening, we like to have our rest.
We are a colorful mix of people in different stages of life. One of us is studying and three are at the beginning or in the middle of working life.
Franzi is Ergotherapeutin, keeps the garden top in shot and seeks someone to grow with him :) discovers on long weekends wandering the wild nature of the region and sings a bit.
Josie is for any crazy action to have, loves peanuts and takes any trip (mostly on foot) that passes to experience foreign cultures. She is just finished with her art studies at the AK and works next door in the funeral company. Together with Jonathan, she occasionally uses our sauna.
Jonathan originally comes from Sweden, has studied Human Rights and is always for a relaxed conversation. Otherwise he likes to swim. At the moment he works in a café and in the hospital and learns German (can he already be quite good! :-) )
Klara is also in the last trains of her special educational degree in LuBu and if she does not climb walls in the mountains or the climbing halls of Stuttgart she works as an adventure teacher, jogs in the forest or cooks delicious.
We like it clean and tidy and everyone contributes to it. But we also swear on ownership;-) We also take care of the large communal garden and look forward to bringing in its green thumb or first of all wanting to discover it.
