Hello together,
in our duplex apartment is a room free for which we are looking for a new roommate. The apartment is a duplex apartment on the top floor with two floors. Below is the large living and dining room with access to the extremely spacious roof balcony, kitchen, entrance area and guest toilet.
The 3 bedrooms and the bathroom incl. Toilets are located on the upper floor. The rooms are all quite small, but for the most important things it should be enough. They are partially furnished. Since the apartment has a very cozy and large living and dining room, it is great for an open-minded WG, where you can spend more often together cooking, eating and evenings.
There is enough room in the common rooms for closets and comrades, so we can also accommodate personal things (such as winter jackets, shoes, books, etc.) there...
Free is the room "Kind 1" with an extra balcony (see plan) and is facing west.
The apartment is centrally located, directly at the underground station Milchhof. By bike or train you only need about 10 minutes to the HBF. There are bakers, bars, restaurants and a cinema right around the corner. Milaneo, the Rosensteinpark and the city library are also within walking distance. The apartment is very quiet despite the good location. The castle garden is only approx. 600m away, in the future a new park is to be built on the tracks of the old railway station.
We are very open-minded people who look forward to open and entertaining roommates. Just because of the large share of common spaces, you should have the pleasure of an active WG life and not looking for a purpose WG. We can eat together after work, just make a movie evening or go to town together. Of course, it's perfectly okay if you need your rest.
We have a large basement room and a storage room on the balcony, so there is a lot of storage space. In addition, there is a tumble dryer, a washing machine and washing machine, but there is also a washing room in the basement.
