WG of the Evangelical Student Council (ESG):
Since our roommate starts in early January, we have an 18sqm beautiful room to forgive in our friendly, harmonious and very well maintained WG.
The room has two large south windows, a high ceiling and PVC floor. There is a wardrobe in the room.
The apartment is very central and is very well equipped: elevator, basement, bathtub with shower, separate toilet, spacious kitchen with large dining table, balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, internet access and telephone.
Monthly rental is 355 € warm plus 20 € for telephone/Internet/GEZ.
In addition to the room, if desired, a underground parking space for about 80 € per month can also be rented.
Access to the bicycle cellar in the neighboring house can be made possible by agreement.
The location of our WG is just perfect. You only need 3 minutes walk to the S-Bahn stop Stadtmitte or Rotebühlplatz and also 3 minutes to Berliner Platz and Berliner Platz (Hohe Str.). The city centre is 10 minutes away and the campus Vaihingen is also 10 minutes away by train.
Supermarkets such as Rewe and many smaller shops are nearby and also to Königsstraße and to Gerber is not far.
The Stuttgart city centre and nearby Theodor-Heuss-Straße also offer a wide range of options, whether for food, cinema, opera or escaperoom - everything is within walking distance.
The WG is part of the Evangelical Student Council (http://www.esg-stuttgart.de or facebook.com/ESG.Stuttgart or Instagram: esg.stuttgart) located in the neighboring building. We go to the program evening every Wednesday (except during the semester holidays). There are also offers such as choir, Wii evenings, excursions etc. In total there are three WGs of the ESG in the house, so always someone is there when you are bored.
The student community allows the reasonable rental price, so it is expected that you will participate in the community life within your possibilities and interests. Your religion doesn't matter. If you have any questions, we'll be happy to answer them.
The Dreier-WG consists of: You (???), Simone (20), who studied at the University of Media and Constanze (38), who recently completed her master's degree in art history.
We like to cook occasionally, chat with each other or make games evenings and sometimes everyone just does his thing.
If you are studying and open-minded, you can choose the room from the 15th. January 2025. First semesters are also welcome!
