Es muss aber erst noch ein Käufer gefunden und der Kauf abgeschlossen werden – und natürlich gilt auch die gesetzliche Kündigungsfrist. Das kann also noch einige Monate dauern. Sollte ein Investor die Wohnung kaufen, gibt es vielleicht sogar die Möglichkeit, hier weiterhin zu wohnen. Darauf hoffen wir natürlich auch.
