Are you looking for a modern, open and warm WG in the heart of Stuttgart? Then you are right with us!
In our WG you don't need to make any smears about cleanliness, comfort and modern equipment.
The entire apartment is in a renovated state. Your room is furnished, we have placed on a stylish decor (white bed with new mattress, white dresser, black open wardrobe, desk).
In addition, our WG has a generous area that is shared. 100m2 invite you to spend together evenings in our large bright fully equipped living room with a view of Stuttgart Mitte. Our gym with mirror wall is also available to you. The WG also includes a small balcony and a large communal garden.

Location: The WG is located directly on Eugensplatz, where there is a viewing platform and numerous cafés and restaurants. The underground (U15) and bus station (line 42) are located in the immediate vicinity (1 min away). The main railway station is within 15 minutes walking distance.

Shops are also easy to reach.

Parking facilities are generally available at the front door for a fee.

About us: We are not a purpose WG and therefore privately do a lot of things to do, whether it's a relaxed evening with Netflix or something to drink or celebrate together. Sara and I have just started working. For the fourth WG room we are looking for a new roommate.

On request, the WG can be visited immediately.

The WG room will be rented for a period of 6 months, but then there is an option for extension.
