Relaxed WG in the Stuttgart West Entspannte WG im Stuttgarter Westen

The apartment is located in the west of Stuttgart, between the two metro stops Schloss- / Johannesburg and Schwab- / Bebelstraße. Both stops are within 5 minutes on foot. The next S-Bahn station is Schwabstraße with about 10 minutes walk. Also around the corner: Edeka, Lidl, doctors, bakers and all other food options such as "The butcher's shop." And thanks to the direct view of the gas station, not only is your cat drink secured on Sunday with a short sprint over the street, but there is always something to look at.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stuttgarter Westen, zwischen den beiden U-Bahn Haltestellen Schloss-/Johannesstraße und Schwab-/Bebelstraße. Beide Haltestellen erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die nächste S-Bahn-Station ist Schwabstraße mit ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Ebenfalls um die Ecke: Edeka, Lidl, Ärzte, Bäcker und sämtliche andere Essensmöglichkeiten wie zum Beispiel „Die Metzgerei“. Und dank dem direkten Blick auf die Tankstelle ist nicht nur dein Katergetränk am Sonntag mit einem kurzen Sprint über die Straße gesichert, sondern es gibt auch immer was zu Glotzen.

Anything can, don't have to. This describes our little family of WG - we think - quite well. Here in the WG currently live Lea, Sabine, Jannis and Martin (all arrived in the professional life and some also a lot in the home office). Martin will leave our little family after more than 8 years and move to Munich. Now we're looking for adequate replacement.

We are definitely NOT a purpose-wg, means: we like to spend the evening (also on Sundays all day) together in front of the TV, go together or celebrate with friends and friends in the local four walls and try to do many other small everyday activities as wg (e.g. shopping, sports, cooking). But that does not mean that we are constantly sitting together and it happens that we do not see each other, because everyone in his room is getting comfortable or they are all on the road on the weekend.

Despite the motto: "Everything can, nothing has to" we have a few small restrictions on our application:
We do not smoke in the house (even out of the window). And since we are no purpose WG, we would also like to see you join us and not go home every weekend.

Alles kann, nicht muss. Das beschreibt unsere kleine WG-Familie – denken wir - ganz gut. Hier in der WG wohnen aktuell Lea, Sabine, Jannis und Martin (alle fest im Berufsleben angekommen und teils auch viel im Home Office). Schweren Herzens wird Martin unsere kleine WG-Familie nach über 8 Jahren verlassen und nach München ziehen. Jetzt suchen wir adäquaten Ersatz.

Wir sind definitiv KEINE Zweck-WG, heißt: wir verbringen den Abend (sonntags auch gerne den ganzen Tag) gerne gemeinsam vor dem Fernseher, gehen zusammen feiern oder feiern mit Freunden und Freundes-Freunden in den heimischen vier Wänden und versuchen auch sonst viele kleine Alltagsaktivitäten als WG zu unternehmen (z.B. einkaufen, sporteln, kochen). Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass wir ständig aufeinander hocken und es kommt schon mal vor, dass wir uns mal nicht sehen, weil es sich jeder in seinem Zimmer gemütlich macht oder alle am Wochenende auf Achse sind.

Trotz dem Motto: "Alles kann, nichts muss" haben wir ein paar kleine Einschränkungen an unsere Bewerberschaft:
Bei uns im Haus wird nicht geraucht (auch nicht aus dem Fenster). Und da wir keine Zweck WG sind, fänden wir es auch gut, wenn auch du dich bei uns einbringst und nicht jedes Wochenende in die Heimat fährst.
