In our 3rd-WG in the west of Stuttgart a cozy room is free. The room is small but perfect for someone who wants to feel comfortable in a relaxed WG atmosphere. We are two girls and are looking for a third party in the covenant – all working or studying, relaxed and doing our own thing, but we are also happy about social evenings!

The room (size 14m2 ) is east/north and lies below the garden. This gives it less light and you can see the exit from the garden and something from the green. Your bed is 90 x 200 and on it is a 15cm thick mattress with removable washable cover. You should bring your bedding and bedding yourself, it won't be set. All furniture is new.
The window is closable with a key for breaking reasons. It is well isolated and so it stays warm in the room. The apartment is completely refurbished and very high quality furnished. The kitchen has everything you need: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a Senseo coffee machine.
The washing machine and dryer are in the basement in a washing room. There you can also park a bicycle.
The apartment is located between Hölderlinplatz and Rosenbergplatz in Stuttgart West.
With its size of almost 19 km2, Stuttgart-West is the largest of a total of five city districts in the Baden-Württemberg state capital. This is where 52,000 inhabitants live. This makes Stuttgart-West a private, medium-sized city within the state capital Stuttgart.
There are in the area of supermarkets, a large organic shop (2 minutes walk), a great butcher (the house right next door), the best Brezelbäck Stuttgarts opposite at the intersection (from the window you can see the current queue), a pharmacy (3 minutes walk), a shell gas station right at the corner from Rosenbergplatz, a "I Love Sushi" (2 minutes walk), several banks, cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, CAP (3 minutes walk),
Parking is a bit difficult. You need a resident parking card or use the Öffis. You have two bus lines and a subway only approx. 3 minutes walk and again 3 metro lines approx. 4 minutes away.
You can be on foot in Stuttgart city in 15 minutes or at Kräherwald, where you can enjoy nature.
Through the small front garden and behind the house, bird voices can also be heard in the early morning and in the evening.

You can calm down tap water as it has new drinking water, cold water and hot water lines throughout the house. The gas lines are also new and the power supply is also new.
You have a connection from Deutsche Telekom via Magenta TV. So there's television, phone, WLan out of the outlet. Also a SAT bowl supplies you with programs
There is an empty tube from the road to the house so that the supply of fiber can work. This has already been requested. Until then there are DSL 250 MBits.
