as I go with my friend, I leave the beautiful WG at the Neckartor.
A bright room awaits you in a renovated and listed old building with correspondingly high ceilings and stucco elements.
The room is 23sqm and has a nice cut. The room has a suitable balcony to which only you have access.😊

The apartment is very central, downtown and Hbf are within 10 minutes walking distance. The next underground station is the "Neckartor" and only about 100m away.
One of the greenest spots in Stuttgart is directly opposite: the castle garden (prima for jogging, table tennis, barbecue etc.). Just over the bridge and you can let the soul go or just follow your sports drive.
Milaneo is also only 10 minutes walk. Right around the corner there are various good restaurants with the best and nicest Dönermann of the city. And if you don't get in touch with the offer and forget to buy, there's in the 24/7 aral against a REWE-to-go with everything you need for the emergency. A great organic shop, a fine food shop and a cosy Späti are also right around the corner. There is definitely a care for the physical well-being.
If you want to come to Stuttgart with your own car, you can look forward to the parking situation (viewed in proportion) being really good, as the following Hauffstraße is a dead end and parking is frequently free by the office and ADAC.
Wir sind in erster Linie eine Studenten und Berufstätigen-WG, die sich gut versteht. Das soll auch so bleiben.
Da wir uns alle gut verstehen, sitzen wir oft in der Küche zusammen, trinken Kaffee oder ein Bierchen.
Da wir teilweise arbeiten und teilweise auch studieren ist auch klar, dass Zeit manchmal ein recht rares Gut ist. Wir geben uns aber Mühe eine coole Gemeinschaft zu sein und eben keine Zweck-WG, deswegen wäre es cool, wenn du unsere WG mit einem individuellen Talent bereichern kannst.
Thema Putzen kommt ja immer: Bei uns macht jeder sein Zeugs selbst weg und es wird regelmäßig geputzt. Ohne strengen Putzplan achten wir einfach darauf, dass es sauber ist und wechseln uns wöchentlich mit dem Putzen der gemeinsamen Räume (Küche, Bad, WC und Flur) ab.
Jetzt kurz ein paar Worte zu deinen potentiellen neuen Mitbewohnerinnen:
Ermira, Lara und Emma Studieren alle an der Hdm und sind echt entspannte Mitbewohner*innen. So wie es der jeweilige Alltag zulässt, treffen wir uns abends mal in der Küche oder gehen auch mal zusammen in die Stadt. Bevor wir hier jetzt aber mit einer viel zu langen Beschreibungen jeden einzelnen vorstellen, ist es glaub einfacher sich bei den Besichtigungen kennenzulernen. Leider ziehen Emma und Lara auch zum 01.02.2025 aus da sie ins Praxissemster gehen. Dadurch entsteht eine ganz neue konstellation das viele vorteile bringt ☺️🫶🏼
Erwähnenswert wäre noch unser kleiner Balkon zum Innenhof, den wir aufgehübscht haben und den wir oft nutzen. Hier gilt: Klein aber fein. Im Sommer reicht er auch für diverse gemütliche Grillabende mit Freunden.
Toll wäre es wenn du schon kommende Woche Zeit für ein Kennenlernen hast, da dort deine drei potentiellen Mitbewohner*innen abends Zeit haben. Ansonsten finden wir aber auch einen anderen Termin. Zudem wäre es von Vorteil wenn man bereits WG Erfahrungen sammeln konnte im Leben.
Zum Thema Teilmöbliert, einzelne sachen wie das Bett Schrank, Spiegel, Schreibtisch würde ich mit nehmen. Die anderen Möbel würde ich gegen eine kleine ablöse dir verkaufen. Aber es ist kein muss, wenn du willst kann ich dir das zimmer auch komplett frei stellen ☺️
