The room is located in a nice 6 WG on the 2nd floor in a multi-family house in Stuttgart-Vaihingen/Rohr. It is flooded with light and is well cut, so that even in the home office everyday all furniture is well kept.

There are two identical bathrooms with shower and toilet, so you don't get in the morning.

The kitchen is equipped with everything the heart desires: dishwasher, dining table, toaster, coffee machines, TV, microwave etc. There are also two large refrigerators with separate freezer.

In the basement are two washing machines and a drying room. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The whole is rounded off by the huge roof terrace.

All furniture can be taken over by the pre-renter if you are interested in a small discount payment.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area approx. 4 minutes walk from Rohrer and Vaihinger BHF.

Aldi, Rewe and Lidl are within 5-10 min walking distance.

Parking facilities are available directly in front of the house.

Our WG consists of: Anna-Lena (30) fine art historian; Mimi (24) studies technology management and likes to climb; Jacqueline (25) studies law and trains for the Porsche Cup; Jan (31) is system engineer and loves beach volleyball; Marius (26) studies Kybernetik and is on the go as a DJ in his spare time. Together we like to do various activities, such as games evenings, barbecues, cook together, celebrate, Netflix or what else you can do together.

We attach great importance to a friendly coexistence, a lot of fun and pleasure for joint ventures. If someone needs his rest, you can just make the door.
