The room is fully furnished and includes box spring bed, TV incl. Cable connection, two spacious Pax cabinets, Kallax shelf, comma and a pull-out sofa for upcoming visit. I'll take the desk. Den Schreibtisch werde ich leider mitnehmen. Da die Möbel alle hochwertig und in Topzustand sind, würde ich gerne 1000€ für alles zusammen vorschlagen, kann Dir gerne im Detail alles aufschlüsseln.
Das Zimmer ist hell mit drei Fenstern in Richtung Südwesten, sodass Dir mittags die Sonne schön reinscheint. Glücklicherweise haben wir nirgends Teppichboden, sondern hellen Laminat und weiße Fliesen. Solltest Du aktuell noch nicht in Stuttgart vor Ort sein, können wir uns gerne über Whatsapp erstmal zusammen setzen.
Die Miete ist bereits warm, all inclusive mit Internet, GEZ, usw.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 4 WG Zimmern + Wohnzimmer, langem Flur und offener Küche (leider ohne Backofen, fragt uns bitte nicht wieso, dafür ist eine Spülmaschine am Start). Zudem geht von der Küche aus ein kleiner Balkon zur Südostseite raus, auf dem man morgens Sonne tanken oder abends, manchmal auch schon mittags entspannt einen Wein trinken kann. Zur Wohnung gehört ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, extra Badewanne und Toilette und noch ein separates Gästeklo mit Waschmaschine. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein großes Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradkeller.

Um Dich herum ist alles was Dein Herz begehrt (Rewe, Bäcker, Post, DM, Friseur, Wasen, S-Bahn Bad Cannstatt oder die U-Bahn Cannstatt Wilhelmsplatz) fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof ist es nur eine Station (4 Min), zur Stadtmitte sind es zwei Stationen (6 Min), sodass man auch easy die ganze Nacht nach dem Feiern nach Hause kommt. Das Cannstatter Carre ist ebenfalls für Shopping Ausflüge zu Fuß erreichbar. Natur findest Du direkt vor der Haustür am Neckar, im Rosensteinpark, Kurpark oder bei einem Ausflug in die Wilhelma. Parken ist hier leider auch mit Bewohnerauswies schwierig, im Umkreis von 10 Minuten zu Fuß findest Du jedoch auch kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.
