The house is centrally (but quiet) located in Stuttgart-Ost (near Ostendplatz), very good transport connections and good parking facilities in the neighborhood (residential parks). Rooms are ideal for students, trainees, interns and commuters. We have 21 rooms. Our house is cleaned by a cleaning power, the mail is distributed and the garbage is disposed of. You don't have to do a "Kehrwoche", the road is aired and the snow is cleared. The house is heated with a natural gas central heating and supplied with green electricity. "Um die Ecke" (am Ostendplatz) there are everything you need: bus / subway / taxi, pizza/döner / fast food, restaurants and cafes, various supermarkets, bakers and butchers, various banks, a drugstore market, a stationery store, a copy shop, a textile cleaning, the mail, the public office, household goods shops, gyms, hairdressers, doctors, pharmacies.

Distances: By bus to the main station: 8 minutes (bus line 42) ... By subway to the Rotebühlplatz (city center): 10 minutes (U4) ... By bus or subway and S-Bahn to the airport: 42 minutes

Das Haus ist zentral (aber ruhig) gelegen in Stuttgart-Ost (Nähe Ostendplatz), sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft (Anwohnerparken). Die Zimmer sind ideal für Studenten, Azubis, Praktikanten und Pendler. Wir haben 21 Zimmer. Unser Haus wird von einer Reinigungskraft gereinigt, die Post wird verteilt und der Müll wird entsorgt. Sie müssen keine "Kehrwoche" machen, die Straße wird gefegt und der Schnee wird geräumt. Das Haus wird mit einer Erdgas-Zentralheizung geheizt und mit Ökostrom versorgt. "Um die Ecke" (am Ostendplatz) gibt es alles, was man so braucht: Bus / U-Bahn / Taxi, Pizza / Döner / Fast Food, Restaurants und Cafés, diverse Supermärkte, Bäcker und Metzger, verschiedene Banken, ein Drogeriemarkt, ein Schreibwarenladen, ein Copy-Shop, eine Textilreinigung, die Post, das Bürgerbüro, Haushaltswarenläden, Fitnessstudios, Friseure, Ärzte, Apotheken, sogar ein Schwimmbad, u.v.m.

Our rooms form hallucinations, i.e. no living spaces have to be shared. Each room has a separate entrance and a private refrigerator. Floor toilets and showers in the UG, all rooms have their own washroom with sink, lamp, mirror, etc. The rooms can be fully furnished or partially furnished, no extra costs are incurred for our furniture. Our rooms do not have an explicit kitchen or a "journal kitchen", usually there is the possibility to set up a small cooking area: kitchenette / hotplate, microwave, table oven, or the like. You will get a first impression about the illustration and information within our listings.

Unsere Zimmer bilden Flurgemeinschaften, d.h. es müssen keine Wohnräume geteilt werden. Jedes Zimmer hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Kühlschrank. Etagen-WCs und Duschen im UG, alle Zimmer haben eine eigene Waschecke mit Waschbecken, Lampe, Spiegel, usw. Die Zimmer können vollmöbliert oder teilmöbliert genutzt werden, für unsere Möblierung entstehen Ihnen keine Extrakosten. Unsere Zimmer haben keine explizite Küche oder eine "Gemeinschaftsküche", meistens ist die Möglichkeit zur Einrichtung einer kleinen Kochgelegenheit vorhanden: Kochnische / Kochplatte, Mikrowelle, Tischofen, o.ä. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass wir grundsätzlich keine Fotos oder Grundrisse von unseren Zimmern verschicken. Einen ersten Eindruck erhalten Sie über die Bebilderung und Informationen innerhalb unserer Inserate.

All rooms are equipped with a cable TV connection from Vodafone, the costs for this are already included in the flat-rate rental. In each unit there is a multimedia box, via which a cable receiver (or TV with integrated receiver) can be used to receive numerous TV and radio programs in digital quality. With this cable TV connection, different telephone / internet rates can be booked, each resident has its own internet connection and its own WLAN modem, for security reasons there is no (divided) internet connection "for all". Use is possible at attractive conditions and for only a few months. Further tips and tips on the internet connection (and how the minimum contract term can be handled for short-term residents) we would like to share with you.

Standard room prices are understood as a basic price for individual occupancy and an agreed minimum period of 12 months. A double occupancy and a shortened minimum period of use can be agreed at the following conditions: double occupancy + EUR 80,- / month, 6 months minimum duration + EUR 40,- / month, 3 months minimum duration + EUR 80,- / month, 1 month minimum duration + EUR 120,- / month. The security deposit to be placed is EUR 450,- for all rooms On request, a cost-effective use of our washing machines and our bicycle parking is possible.

Alle Zimmer sind mit einem Kabel-TV-Anschluss der Firma Vodafone ausgestattet, die Kosten dafür sind bereits in der Pauschalmiete enthalten. In jeder Wohneinheit befindet sich eine Multimediadose, über diese lassen sich mit einem Kabel-Receiver (oder TV mit integriertem Receiver) zahlreiche TV- und Radioprogramme in digitaler Qualität empfangen. Über diesen Kabel-TV-Anschluss können unterschiedliche Telefon- / Internettarife dazu gebucht werden, jeder Bewohner hat seinen eigenen Internetanschluss und sein eigenes WLAN-Modem, aus Sicherheitsgründen gibt es bei uns keinen (geteilten) Internetanschluss "für alle". Eine Nutzung ist zu attraktiven Konditionen und auch für nur wenige Monate möglich. Weitere Tipps und Hinweise zum Internetanschluss (und wie sich für Kurzzeitbewohner die Mindestvertragslaufzeit umgehen lässt) teilen wir Ihnen gerne mit.

Genannte Zimmerpreise verstehen sich als Grundpreis bei Einzelbelegung und einer vereinbarten Mindestnutzungsdauer von 12 Monaten. Eine Doppelbelegung und eine verkürzte Mindestnutzungsdauer können zu folgenden Konditionen vereinbart werden: Doppelbelegung + EUR 80,- / Monat, 6 Monate Mindestnutzungsdauer + EUR 40,- / Monat, 3 Monate Mindestnutzungsdauer + EUR 80,- / Monat, 1 Monat Mindestnutzungsdauer + EUR 120,- / Monat.
