Each floor has a very stable and fast internet connection (250 Mbit), so that you can receive TV or streaming services well. The rent includes all additional costs, including GEZ, Internet, sewage, heating etc. There are no hidden costs for you. Finally, we charge a final cleaning fee of 100 euros, but you also move into a completely and professionally cleaned flat.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and kitchen utensils, fridge.
We are very happy to rent to academics (students, Bachelor and Master) from Germany, Europe, China, India, Malaysia, Pakistan etc. and academics from Central and South America as well as Eastern European countries.

Jedes Stockwerk verfügt über eine sehr stabile und schnelle Internetverbidnung (250 Mbit), sodass man TV oder Streaming-Dienste gut empfangen kann. Die MIete umfasst alle Nebenkosten, auch GEZ, Internet, Abwasser, Heizung etc. Es kommen keine versteckten Kosten auf Sie zu. Zum Schluss berechnen wir eine Endreinigungspauschale von 100 Euro, aber auch Sie ziehen in eine komplett und professionell gereinigte Wohnung ein.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Küchengeräten, Kühlschrank.
Sehr gerne vermieten wir an Akademikerinnen und Akademiker (Studenten, Bachelor und Master) aus Deutschland, Europa, China, Indien, Südamerika, Malaysia, Pakistan etc.
