There is a room with about 17 m2 area with a balcony with 6 m2 in a 3-room WG.
The room is completely renovated and equipped with new furniture.
The apartment includes a fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a cellar room and a bicycle storage room.
Kehrwoche and Winterdienst are done by Hausmeisterservice.

The apartment is located in Stuttgart Ost (Stöckach). A few bus lines and railway lines pass away on foot. Metro lines U1, U2, U4, U9, U11 and U14 are 150 metres away.
There are some restaurants, bakeries, cafes, doctors and a shopping center nearby. Also various fashion shops, bars, gyms and bookstores are not far.
The castle garden can be reached on foot in 4 minutes, by car park Villa Berg in 12 minutes.

In the WG, only working persons aged between 30 and 35 live. They are all full-time and out of the house during the day. In a room, a single man speaks Croatian and only a little German. A man who speaks English lives in the second room. The cleaning of the apartment takes over the WG inhabitants according to their own cleaning plan. Kehrwoche in the stairwell takes over the master house.

The tenant / the tenant should have an indefinite contract. In the case of students, parents should be able to brush. Long term tenants preferred. But also for a semester, for example. I'm best to reach by Whatsapp. Alternatively, call and talk to Mailbox. I'll get back as soon as possible.
