There are 4 bedrooms + a huge living room, kitchen and bathroom. Full size of the flat is around 110 m2.
Two bedrooms is available now.
1st bedroom: 165€ + utilities, 12 m2
2nd bedroom: 180€ + utilities, 15 m2
The other two bedrooms are rented by two University student girls. They are nice people and both of them are very silent.
The pictures about the room are JUST ILLUSTRATION. The owner is renovating the flat right now. These pictures are showing the owner’s other flat. He would like to make the flat in the same style.
The Utility costs is a target price. It is mean that you need to pay your uses - gas, water, electricity, common cost and internet.
It's close to the university library, clinics and the downtown, you can check on Google map. Apáca street is really silent and calm street. The building has a big, green garden.
The tram station is 3 min by foot - but you don't need it, because everything isvery close. The railway station is 7 minutes by foot.
You can find a food shop, coffee shops and bakeries and resturants near to the flat.
The parking is free in front of the house but you can rent a privat parking place or garage close to the flat.
Two bedrooms are rented by University student girls.
The room is available just for a female.
