Das helle und teilmöblierte Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, in dem sich in der 1. Etage ebenfalls eine 3er WG befindet. 2 Schränke bleiben im Zimmer und sollten für insgesamt ca. 50€ übernommen werden. Ein Bett kann gestellt werden. Das Zimmer ist frei und könnte ab sofort, oder ab 01. September gemietet werden.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage mitten im Grünen unterhalb der Uni. Es sind 2 Bushaltestellen in ca. 10 Min. Richtung Stadt erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es am Haus Parkmöglichkeiten.
Die WG im Erdgeschoß besteht derzeit aus einer Studentin und einer berufstätigen männl. Person. In der 1. Etage ist ebenfalls eine 3er WG bestehend aus 3 Studenten. Zur Unterstützung der Studentin sollte jetzt eine weibliche Person dazu kommen. Im EG befindet sich eine Wohnküche, die öfter mal als gemeinsamer Treffpunkt aller Mitbewohner:innen genutzt wird, ebenso wie der Garten bzw. Hof hinter dem Haus.
Du solltest Interesse an einer längeren Mietdauer (z.B. während der Studienzeit) haben und kooperativ im Zusammenleben mit unterschiedlichen Mitbewohnern sein. Da die WG schon sehr männerlassig ist, sollte es eine weibl. Bewerberin sein .
