Internationaler Student sucht freundliche WG in der Uninähe (ab April)

Hallo zusammen,
ich heiße Siddharth, bin 26 Jahre alt und komme aus Indien. Ab April beginne ich mein Masterstudium in Natural Language Processing an der Uni Trier. Ich suche ein Zimmer in einer offenen und netten WG in der Uninähe.

Ich spreche fließend Englisch und Hindi, und ein bisschen Deutsch. Ich bin ein rücksichtsvoller und ordentlicher Mitbewohner, der gerne etwas zusammen unternimmt, aber auch den Freiraum anderer respektiert. Ich schätze eine klare Aufteilung der Aufgaben und offene Kommunikation. Ich bin Vegetarier und Nichtraucher, aber eure Essgewohnheiten spielen für mich keine Rolle. Bitte nur nicht in den Gemeinschaftsräumen der WG rauchen.

Ich interessiere mich für Geschichte und gehe gern spazieren. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, Trier und die Umgebung zu entdecken. Sportlich bin ich momentan nicht super aktiv, aber ich bringe meinen alten Badmintonschläger mit – vielleicht finde ich ja Mitspieler und kann wieder loslegen!

Da ich nach Trier ziehe und mich anmelden muss, brauche ich unbedingt eine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung. Deshalb suche ich keine Zwischenmiete, sondern ein festes Mietverhältnis. Falls ihr noch etwas frei habt und mich kennenlernen möchtet, schreibt mir gerne!

I’m Siddharth, a 26-year-old from India. I’m starting my Masters in Natural Language Processing at Trier University in April. I’m looking for a room in a friendly and open WG near the university.

I speak fluent English and Hindi, and a little German. I make for an amicable, considerate and tidy roommate. I’m open to both communal living and each-to-their-own set-ups. I value a clear division of chores, and open communication on household matters. I am a vegetarian and a non-smoker, but have no preferences with regards to your habits. I would appreciate no smoking in common areas within the house.

I have a casual interest in history and love taking strolls. I’m looking forward to exploring Trier and its surroundings and would love to have company if that’s your thing. Apart from occasional jogging, I’m not active in any sport at the moment. But as an optimist, I’ll be bringing my old badminton racket along, in the hopes of taking it up again.
