Zu vermieten ist das kleinere der beiden Zimmer, welches 12.5 qm2 hat. Das Zimmer ist 2.75 Meter breit und 4.75 Meter tief mit netten Ausblick ins grüne.
Die Wohnung liegt im Talweg, welcher recht zentral gelegen ist in Troisdorf. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof und in 10 in der Stadtmitte.
Ich bin beruflich unter der Woche unterwegs und nur an den Wochenenden zu Hause. Du hättest also quasi von Sonntag Nachmittag bis Freitag Abends eine Einzimmerwohnung für dich.
Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ist in der großen Küche noch ordentlich Platz für nen Esstisch, Sofa etc. Das war auch der Plan bin nur noch nicht dazu gekommen. Können wir dann gerne zusammen angehen.
Im Keller ist ausreichend Platz um Kram unterzustellen.
