Hallo liebe Leute! (auf Wohnungssuche) :)
Bei uns im Lichti suchen derzeit wieder einsame Zimmer nach netten Bewohner*innen! Gerade sind 2 Zimmer ab August frei :)
Es werden im Herbst und Winter noch einige mehr Zimmer frei, wenn das besser passt bewerbt euch gerne trotzdem jetzt schon!
Wer das Lichti noch nicht kennt: Wir sind ein teil-selbstverwaltetes Wohnprojekt auf dem Österberg. Unsere Wohngemeinschaft ist bunt gemischt und besteht zurzeit aus 15 Mitbewohnis, sowie Frieda, der Hauskatze. Hinter und neben und um unsere Hausgemeinschaft steht noch ein Verein von ehemaligen Bewohner*innen, die das Haus mittragen. Das Gemeinschaftsleben spielt sich viel in unserer Küche ab, die wir alle gemeinsam nutzen, und in unserem großen, wunderschön-verwucherten Garten. Außerdem organisieren wir regelmäßig gemeinsam größere und kleinere Events und Projekte im Haus.
Das Haus und uns verbindet ein soziales und kulturelles Selbstverständnis: Wir wollen ein Ort sein, in dem wir rücksichtsvoll und liebevoll miteinander umgehen, Raum haben uns und unsere Gemeinschaft zu verwirklichen und uns kreativ auszutauschen. Den schönen Raum, den wir beleben dürfen, wollen wir aktiv gestalten und in die Tübinger Wohnprojektszene einbringen. Wenn du den Text gelesen hast, schreib gleich am Anfang von deiner Bewerbung dein Lieblingstier ;). Dazu können wir ein dafür eigenes Stockwerk mit einem großen und kleinen Saal, sowie unsere 'Barbinski' für kulturelle Veranstaltungen, Konzerte, Workshops, Hausbars usw. nutzen. Das bedeutet, wenn Du Dinge organisieren möchtest, gibt es hier viel Raum und Möglichkeiten dafür, manchmal ist es aber auch hilfreich eine gute Lautstärke-Toleranz zu besitzen ;).
Neben aller Möglichkeiten bringt die Selbstverwaltung auch einiges an Arbeit und Energieaufwand mit sich. Wir wünschen uns Menschen, die bereit sind Verantwortung für das Haus und die Gemeinschaft zu übernehmen und Lust und Zeit haben sich einzubringen, und damit das Lichti zu einem zentralen Teil in ihrem Leben zu machen. Alle zwei Wochen treffen wir uns im Plenum, um kollektiv unsere Hausangelegenheiten zu besprechen. Außerdem übernimmt jede*r Bewohni mindestens eine Verantwortung für Sauberkeit, Veranstaltungsmanagement, Community o.Ä. Sprich, das klingt nach viel Arbeit und ist es auch - aber es lohnt sich! Wir werden alle jeden Tag mit tollen Mitbewohnis, einem fantastisch chaotischen Haus, Möglichkeiten zum Ausleben und Herausforderungen zum daran wachsen belohnt.
Wenn wir dein Interesse geweckt haben, erzähl uns gerne etwas von dir und von deinen Vorstellungen zum Zusammenleben. Am besten antwortest du neben einer Beschreibung von dir selbst auf Fragen wie: Warum möchte ich kollektiv leben? Kann ich mir realistisch vorstellen, die Zeit mitzubringen, die es braucht, selbstorganisiert zu leben? – und melde dich auch gerne, wenn du noch Fragen hast! :)
Selbstverständlich, aber wichtig: Jegliche Formen der Diskriminierung und männerbündische Ideologien haben hier keinen Platz.

Hello dear people! (looking for housing) :)
At Lichti currently two lonely rooms are looking for nice residents! There are currently 2 rooms available from August :)
If you don't know the Lichti yet: We are a partially self-managed housing project on the Österberg. Our shared flat is a colorful mix and currently consists of 15 roommates, as well as Frieda, the house cat. Behind, next to and around our house community is an association of former residents who support the house. Community life takes place a lot in our kitchen, which we all use together, and in our large, beautifully overgrown garden. We also regularly organize larger and smaller events and projects together in the house.
The house and we share a social and cultural identity: we want to be a place where we treat each other with respect and love, where we have space to realize ourselves and our community and where we can exchange ideas creatively. We want to actively shape the beautiful space that we are allowed to enliven and contribute to the Tübingen housing project scene. When you have read the text, write your favorite animal right at the beginning of your application ;). We can use our own floor with a large and small hall, as well as our 'Barbinski' for cultural events, concerts, workshops, house bars etc..
This means that if you want to organize things, there is a lot of space and possibilities here, but sometimes it is also helpful to have a good volume tolerance ;).
In addition to all the possibilities, self-administration also involves a lot of work and energy. We are looking for people who are willing to take responsibility for the house and the community and who have the time and desire to get involved and make Lichti a central part of their lives. We meet every two weeks in plenary to discuss our house matters collectively. In addition, each resident takes on at least one responsibility for cleanliness, event management, community or similar. In other words, it sounds like a lot of work, and it is - but it's worth it! We are all rewarded every day with great flatmates, a fantastically chaotic house, opportunities to live out our lives and challenges to grow with.
If we have piqued your interest, please tell us a bit about yourself and your ideas about living together. In addition to a description of yourself, it's best to answer questions such as: Why do I want to live collectively? Can I realistically imagine having the time it takes to live in a self-organized way? - and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions! :)
