Bei uns im Wohnprojekt Lu15 suchen wir ab sofort eine FLINTA*-Person zur Zwischenmiete für ein bis drei Monate.
Aber wir würden uns auch sehr über längere Mietzeit freuen, wenn es passt. Also melde dich auch gerne, wenn es dir jetzt direkt zu kurzfristig ist, aber du dir z.B. in ein paar Monagen vorstellen könntest einzuziehen. Wir, die Lu15, sind ein selbstverwaltetes Wohnprojekt in der Tübinger Südstadt mit ca. 30 Bewohner*innen in ca. 6 verschiedenen WGs. Außerdem wohnen im Haus mehrere Katzen und ein Hund. "Selbstverwaltet" bedeutet bei uns, dass wir alle Angelegenheiten, die das Haus und unser Zusammenwohnen betreffen, untereinander selbst ausmachen. Dafür treffen wir uns einmal wöchentlich in einer Hausversammlung.
In unserer WG sind wir aktuell zu fünft, du wärst also die 6. Person. Außerdem haben vermutlich bald eine Katze in der WG. Wir haben eine Terrasse und einen Garten und sitzen abends gerne zusammen, quatschen, kochen oder schauen einen Film. Auch ansonsten ist im Haus eigentlich immer was los - es gibt aber natürlich immer die Möglichkeit, sich auch mal zurückzuziehen.
Wir gehören zum Mietshäusersyndikat und verstehen uns als Teil der linken/alternativen Szene Tübingens.
Du solltest grundsätzlich Lust auf eine aktive Teilnahme am Wohnprojekt haben.
Wie das dann konkret aussieht und wie viel Zeit das bedeutet, kann jedoch individuell und phasenweise sehr unterschiedlich sein.
Mit am wichtigsten ist, dass es, insbesondere in der WG,
zwischenmenschlich passt. Es ist außerdem von Vorteil, wenn du nicht besonders lärmempfindlich bist, da es manchmal bei Konzerten oder Hausbars Donnerstags laut werden kann.

At our housing project Lu15, we are looking for a FLINTA* person for a temporary rental starting immediately for one to three months.
But we would also be very happy about a longer rental period if it’s a good fit. So feel free to reach out even if this is too short-term for you right now, but you could imagine moving in a few months later.
We, Lu15, are a self-managed housing project in Tübingen’s Südstadt with around 30 residents in about 6 different shared flats. There are also several cats and a dog living in the house.
"Self-managed" means that we handle all matters related to the house and our co-living arrangements among ourselves. For this, we meet once a week for a house assembly.
In our WG, we are currently five people, so you would be the sixth person. We will also likely have a cat in our WG soon. We have a terrace and a garden and enjoy spending evenings together, chatting, cooking, or watching a movie. There’s always something going on in the house—but, of course, there’s always space to retreat when needed.
We are part of the Mietshäuser Syndikat and see ourselves as part of Tübingen’s leftist/alternative scene.
You should generally be interested in actively participating in the housing project. However, what that specifically looks like and how much time it takes can vary individually and from phase to phase.
Most importantly, it should be a good fit on an interpersonal level, especially within the WG. It is also an advantage if you are not particularly sensitive to noise, as concerts or house bars on Thursdays can sometimes be loud.
