A room is available for permanent contract. It is a purpose wg. We do not cook together. We meet sometimes in kitchen while cooking. Your roommates quite helpful in any help you would require. The place is fully equipped with a bed, big cupboard , two small cupboards, a shoe rack and a mirror. There is also a study table and two chairs with pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and a dishwasher. There is a big fridge, a sandwich maker and a water heater.
For common use are two cloth dryers, one iron box and a stand and various tools for fixing and drilling. There is also a rack in the kitchen to keep your food items and vegetables. In the basement, there is a washing machine which is part of your room. Basically, you just need to bring your blanket.
There is a bus stand in five minutes walk to get to the main railway station. I prefer to walk which takes 13 minutes to get to the station and by train it takes 18 minutes to get to aachen west. There are aldi, lidl and rewe at 8 minutes walk and netto is just next to the station. There is a pizzeria at 3 minutes walk and various grills and an asian resteraunt nearby . If you interested in hiking like I am, the wurmtal is only 8 minutes away, and it is a beautiful hike of about 18 km.
It is a purpose WG. We do not cook together, sometimes meet in the kitchen. Your two roommates ayoba and yehor from morocco and Ukraine study at RWTH Aachen and another room mate is working. We have a weekly cleaning plan where one person cleans the kitchen and the washrooms. We have one kitchen, one bathroom, one small store room and one guest toilet. There is also cellar room in the basement.
I would like to move out by 1st august. I would prefer WhatsApp messages and messages through this portal. I don't want to attend the calls. There is no cost for the furniture, washing machine or the dishwasher as it was provided by the owner. Even though its a bit far from the university, there are two trains with 30 minutes gap in between until 1:00 past midnight and the location is residential. Also these utilities are an added advantage. The shower is replaced three weeks back and costed 4 euros which should be paid to me.
