The apartment on the 8th floor with lift is made up of 3 single bedrooms, a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, television, a washing machine and a balcony. The room is big, has two single beds, a lot of wardrobes, a big window and a private bathroom in front of the room with bidet and a modern shower. There are fans available in every room.
The apartment in Corso del Popolo, the main street of Mestre, is very close to the Railway station to Venice and a few minutes´ walk of the Old Town of Mestre. The bus stop to go to Venice is just 2 minutes of the apartment and the supermarket Interspar is on the opposite side of the road. In the area there are also restaurants and stores. It takes 15 minute by bus to arrive to Piazza di Roma.
The other two rooms are occupied by two Italian male students. They are very quite. The proprietary is very nice, lives in Mestre and you can contact him if you have any problems. +++ He only rents the room to students +++
Free from 01st June till 31th August, with eventual prolongation
