Du hast die Wahl zwischen zwei WG-Zimmern:
1. Groß, auf der ersten Ebene. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem großen Fenster, dass du dir gemütlich einrichten kannst. Dieses Zimmer kostet etwa 500 EUR mit allem drum und dran.
2. Klein, auf der zweiten Ebene. Gemütliches, kleines Zimmer, das über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist und ein großes Dachfenster hat. Dieses Zimmer kostet etwa 300 EUR mit allem drum und dran.
Weil im Schönbuch liegt sehr ruhig.
Trotzdem hast du mit den Öffis eine gute Anbindung sowohl nach Stuttgart, als auch nach Tübingen.
Ein Auto macht das Ganze natürlich am einfachsten :-)
Da ich berufstätig bin, suche ich Mitbewohner, die eher das ruhige Miteinander schätzen.
Ich selber mache keine Partys, trinke nicht und bin am liebsten draußen :-)
Da ich erst am 06.12. selber einziehe, suche ich erst einmal Mitbewohner auf Zeit( ca. 3 Monate), damit wir uns in Ruhe kennenlernen können. Wenn alles passt, gehts weiter :--)
