Hallo, wir sind Anastasia, Dan, Leonie, Yale und Lilian (ich) und suchen eine nette Zwischenmieterin oder einen netten Zwischenmieter für mein geliebtes Zimmer. Da ich für ein Jahr ins Ausland gehe, werde ich mein Zimmer möbliert übergeben, aber natürlich kannst du es nach deinen Wünschen gestalten.
Das Zimmer hat drei wunderschöne Fenster in östlicher und südlicher Richtung, die den ganzen Tag über viel Sonnenlicht bieten. Sowohl im Zimmer als auch in der gesamten Wohnung ist ein schöner Holzdielenboden verlegt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, sodass man außer Vogelgezwitscher kaum Lärm hört und auch nachts mit offenen Fenstern schlafen kann.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt WLAN, eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und gemeinsame WG-Pflanzen.

Hi, we are Anastasia, Dan, Leonie, Yale, and Lilian (me) and we are looking for a friendly subtenant for my beloved room. Since I will be going abroad for a year, I will be renting out my room furnished, but of course, you can arrange it however you like.
The room has three beautiful windows facing east and south, providing sunlight almost all day long. The room, as well as the entire apartment, features beautiful wooden floorboards. The house is located on a quiet side street, so you will hardly hear any noise except for birds chirping, and you can sleep with the windows open at night.
The apartment is fully equipped. There is Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen, and shared house plants.

Das Wohnhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, neben uns wohnen drei Familien mit Kindern, zu denen wir ein gutes Verhältnis pflegen. Es gibt einen gemeinschaftlichen Fahrradstellplatz und ein gemeinsames Kellerabteil.
Ein Nahkauf und verschiedene Bäcker befinden sich ein paar Häuser weiter, und zum Bahnhof sind es nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. In 3 Minuten erreicht man den Weimarhallenpark und das Schwimmbad. Auch die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und bringt einen schnell in die Innenstadt oder zur Uni. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten eigentlich überall in Weimar.

The residential building is in a quiet neighborhood, with three families with children living next to us, with whom we have a good relationship. There is a communal bicycle parking area and a shared basement compartment.
A local grocery store and several bakeries are just a few houses away, and it’s only about a 15-minute walk to the train station. In 3 minutes, you can reach Weimarhallenpark and the swimming pool. The nearest bus stop is also just 3 minutes away and provides quick access to the city center or the university. Otherwise, you can reach almost anywhere in Weimar within 10 minutes by bike.

Wir verstehen uns als eine Gemeinschafts-WG und nicht als eine reine Zweck-WG. So leben wir fröhlich zusammen, gestalten unsere Wohnung nach und nach immer mehr nach unserem Geschmack, kochen gemeinsam, unternehmen Ausflüge und plaudern miteinander. Unsere Küche ist der Treffpunkt der WG. Hier treffen sich alle zum Quatschen, gemeinsamen Arbeiten oder um zusammen Serien zu schauen. Genauso gut kann man sich aber auch zurückziehen und entspannt für sich sein. In der Küche ist zu bestimmten Zeiten immer etwas los, aber es gibt auch Phasen, in denen wir alle viel zu tun haben und viel unterwegs sind.
Da mehrere von uns ins Ausland gehen, wird sich die WG-Konstellation noch einmal ändern. Du würdest wahrscheinlich mit Anastasia, Dan und Sophia zusammenwohnen.

We see ourselves as a community-oriented flatshare rather than just a functional one. We live happily together, gradually decorating our apartment to our taste, cooking together, going on trips, and chatting with each other. Our kitchen is the heart of the flat. It's where we gather to talk, work together, or watch series. However, you can also retreat and enjoy some quiet time alone. There are always activities happening in the kitchen at certain times, but there are also phases when we are all busy and out and about.
As several of us are going abroad, the flatshare configuration will change again. You would likely be living with Anastasia, Dan, and Sophia.
