Das Zimmer hat einen recht frischen dunklen Teppich (1Jahr) der bei Wunsch gerne entfernt/ausgetauscht werden kann. Eine Wand ist in Mustertapetete in Rot, die restlichen 3 Wände sind schlicht tapeziert und weiß. Die Decke ist mit dunklem Holz vertäfelt und 2,5m hoch. Das Fenster in dem Zimmer ist zum Osten hin ausgerichtet und besitzt eine Fensterbank. Das Zimmer kann nach belieben gestalten werden sofern es bei Auszug wieder in Ordnungsgemäßen Zustand versetzt wird.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kirchweyher Bahnhof und auch sonst ist eigentlich alles recht gut zu erreichen. Baumarkt, Arzt, Marktplatz, Theater, Freibad, Gym, Schule etc. alles in Pantoffelradius :)
Vom Kirchweyher Bahnhof sind es nur 1-3 Stationen bis zum Bremer Hauptbahnhof.
Zu meiner Person: 25 Jahre alt, Weyher seit Tag 1, angehender Biologe mit Schwerpunkt auf Botanik, Musikliebhaber (Bands, Rock, E Gitarre, Festivals, Platten etc), Vegetarier, Tier und Naturfreund, Pflanzenliebhaber, politisch eher links.
Priorität Nr.1 ist die Miete, Priorität Nr.2 ist das Wohlfühlen. Ordnung, Kommunikation und Absprachen sind unerlässlich.
Wohnzimmer, Küche + Geschirr, Besteck und Geräte, Bad, Flur, Dachboden und Keller können logischerweise mitgenutzt werden. Ein gewisser Grad an Ordnung/Sauberkeit sollte außerdem auch vorhanden sein :)
