Du würdest das Zimmer mit einem anderen Mädchen teilen.
Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster und zwar kein direktes Sonnenlicht, ist aber trotzdem sehr hell (angenehm im Sommer).
Die Zimmerhälfte ist bereits wie in den Bildern möbliert (großer Kleiderschrank, 2 Schubladenregale, ein Bücherregal, ein Schreibtisch, ein Schreibtischstuhl, eine Schreibtischlampe, ein kleines Holzregal, ein Nachtlicht, eine Matratze 140x200 und ein großer Spiegel)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock Altbau (brandneu renoviert)
es gibt: einen breiten Gang, in welchem wir ein Wohnzimmerecke mit Fernseher und Couch eingerichtet haben;
eine moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Elektroherd, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine;
Toilette; Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und 2 Waschbecken;
einen Abstellraum

Kein Keller, aber im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Raum, in dem man seine Fahrräder sicher abstellen kann.
Gerade im Sommer ist unsere Wohnung angenehm kühl, weil sie sehr gut isoliert ist.
Für einen angenehmen Spaziergang kann man bequem zum Augengarten gehen (ca. 10min)

The room has 2 big windows, no direct sunlight but is very bright (nice for summer heat).
Your part of the room already has furniture, like in the pictures (a big wardrobe, 2 cupboards, a bookshelf, a desk, a chair, a desk lamp, a small wooden bedside table, a night light, a mattress (140x200cm) and a big mirror)
About the flat:
The flat is on the first floor (with high rooms (Altbau), recently renovated)
there are: a broad hallway where we set up our living room corner with a TV and a sofa;
a modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator and washing machine;
toilet, bathroom with shower, bathtub and two sinks;
a small storage room
three rooms that can be entered separately from the hallway
no basement but on the ground floor there is a room where bicycles can be stored
If you want to go for a walk, the Augarten is very pretty and just 10 min away.

Zu uns:
Weil unsere Mitbewohnerin Lea für ein Jahr ins Ausland geht, suchen wir für diese Zeit eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Du würdest zu uns drei super sympathischen Mitbewohnerinnen Ina (23), Hazel (24) und Noelle (20) und unseren zwei Katzen Sota und Yuki ziehen.
Uns sind ein gutes Zusammenleben und eine Gemeinschaft wichtig, deshalb machen wir gerne auch hin und wieder Film- oder Spieleabende oder gehen gemeinsam ins Café. Während Hazel meistens lieber für sich kocht, wechseln sich Ina und Nelli dabei gerne ab oder kochen gemeinsam (was sich als sehr angenehm erwiesen hat, da man sich so an einigen Tagen keine Gedanken mehr ums Kochen machen muss/ wir kochen dabei eigentlich nur vegetarisch) Die beiden würden sich sehr freuen, wenn du dich hierbei miteinbringen würdest. Da es uns wichtig ist, dass es in der WG sauber und gemütlich ist, haben wir einen Putzplan.
Ina, mit der du das Zimmer teilen würdest, studiert derzeit Koreanologie, ist sehr nett und eher ruhig und spielt gerne Ukulele, hat einen grünen Daumen (ist planzenaffin) und beschäftigt sich in ihrer Freizeit mit handwerklichen kreativen Hobbies.
Noelle studiert Ergotherapie, arbeitet nebenbei und liest gerne. Musik ist ihr sehr wichtig, egal ob zum Singen oder Kpop und anderes hören. Hazel arbeitet Vollzeit bei Starbucks, schaut gerne Filme und ist viel beschäftigt.
Nelli und Ina sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch, Hazel spricht Englisch, Tschechisch und Tagalog.

About us:
As our flatmate Lea is going abroad for a year, we are looking for a new flatmate for that time span. You would be moving in with 3 lovely flatmates, Ina (23), Hazel (24) and Noelle (20), as well as our two cats Sota and Yuki.
It’s important to us that we have a good relationship with each other and that we’re not just living beside each other but together. We enjoy to spend time together every now and then (having movie or game nights, going to cafés…). While Hazel prefers to cook by herself, Ina and Nelli like to take turns cooking and eat together (which proved to be quite convenient, as you don’t have to worry about making dinner on some days / we only cook vegetarian).The two would be happy if you would join them. As it is important to us that the flat stays clean and comfy, everyone has cleaning tasks.
Ina, who you would share your room with, is doing her bachelor Korean Studies, is a very open and quite calm person, likes to play the Ukulele, has a green thumb and likes spending her free time on creative crafting hobbies. Noelle is studying occupational therapy, works part-time and likes to read. Music is very important to her, be it singing or listening to K-Pop and other genres. Hazel works full-time at Starbucks, likes watching movies, and is quite busy.
Noelle and Ina speak German and English fluently. Hazel speaks English, Czech and Tagalog.
Wir freuen uns auf Frauen oder nicht-binäre Personen, egal von wo und welche Identität.
Wichtig ist, dass du katzenfreundlich bist und keine Katzen-Allergie hast.
Wir suchen jemanden, der nur für ein Jahr bleibt (also bis maximal August 2025).
