Suche jemanden der spontan mein Zimmer für den angegebenen Zeitraum (26.1-22.2) übernimmt übernimmt.
Zimmer ist sehr groß und super hell. Zwei große Kastenfenster bieten einen Blick auf den schönen Augarten in unmittelbarer nähe. Meine Sachen werden im Zimmer bleiben, aber ich mach genügend Platz im großen Schrank, damit du deine Dinge/Kleidung verstauen kannst.

Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit riesen Couch, Fernseher und großem Esstisch.
Küche ist komplett und lädt zum kochen ein. Badezimmer gibt es zwei. Du wirst dir das größere der beiden teilen mit einem Mitbewohner (kann auch sein, dass du es für dich alleine hast.
Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, du musst also nicht stinken ;)
The apartment is right next to the Augarten, where it can be super walked. Prater Park can be reached on foot or by Ubahn(one station). The Danube canal is also very close. Everywhere you can walk super relaxed, without traffic lights.
Öffi connection is hardly better.
Get out of the apartment, fall around and you're already in the U2.
There are also many buses and the 2nd tram, which is also good to use.
Otherwise you can also go to the U1 Nestroyplatz in about 7 min.
Supermarkets (Hofer, Spar, Billa) right in front of the front door. On Taborstraße there are also super many shops and restaurants. In addition, the carmelite market is close, a visit is worthwhile.
Also going to celebrate is the location top. On the Praterstern there is the Fluc, Pratersauna, Praterdome and the VIEiPEE.
Sweden's place is also good for walking (Bermudadreieck). It can be reached on foot in 10min.
We have a super WG life. I live normally with my best friend I've known since my childhood and a super nice girl. Our favorite time is common.
In February, you may be only two or even partly alone in the apartment. (The roommate is temporarily in Oberöstereich and the roommate is on holiday, if necessary a sub-leather comes in her room) That's why I'm saving more detailed descriptions. I'd like to tell you how normal it is with us.
Since the rental is relatively spontaneous, an online visit is good.
But you can also look by yourself if you can agree.
