Our dear Bene, unfortunately, takes off and his room will be released from March 1. Now, of course, we try to fill this blank and are already looking forward to your message.
The apartment is located directly on Nestroyplatz and is a beautiful old building with 160 m2. It offers us a large living room, an economic and washing machine room and a bright kitchen:)
Your room (unlimited availability) is the largest of all with plenty of daylight, as well as parquet floors and high windows (which can be completely darkened). It has a beautiful view of an old-fashioned road, but it is more likely to be found in Italy. The room is unfurnished so you can make it your very individual home.:)

This room faces a charming part of Praterstasse and is flooded with light all day with two big windows! Luckily, these windows have shutters/awnings for the days you need to sleep-in or come home in the early mornings;)
As everywhere in the apartment, you have parquet floors and high ceilings. The room is 26m2 and will come unfurnished so you can make it as cozy as you like.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und befindet sich nur 2 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station Nestroyplatz (U1) sowie 5 zur U-Bahn Station Schwedenplatz (U4) entfernt. Von dort fahren auch zahlreiche Bims (1, 2, .. .) und Busse die euch in die gesamte Stadt bringen.
Der Nestroyplatz selber ist ein urtypischer Wiener Ort mit vielen kleine Geschäften, Einzelhandelsbetrieben sowie Bars, Kaffees und Restaurants. Er is ein sehr historischer Platz der vor allem im Sommer mit Märkten und Schanigärten seine vollen Charm entfaltet.
Auch der Donaukanal, der im Winter eine hervorragende Laufstrecke ist und im Sommer eine Bar nach der anderen hervorschießen lässt, ist keine 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Man ist in 10 Gehminuten am Stephansplatz und mit der U-Bahn, 10 Minuten in die andere Richtung auf der Donauinsel zum Baden, Grilln und Chilln. Auch der Schwedenplatz mit seinen zahlreichen Bars und Clubs ist gleich ums Eck.
Und die Hauptuniversität ist nur 20 Minuten entfernt.

The location is very central and is only a 2-minute walk from the Nestroyplatz underground station (U1) and 5 minutes from the Schwedenplatz underground station (U4). There are also numerous trams (1, 2) and buses that take you throughout the city.
The appartment is located in one of the most vibrant places in Vienna, not only is the Gretzl (district) full of bars, restaurants, clubs and art it is also super close to the Donaukanal and the Donauinsel.
At the canal you can enjoy your beer or wine while boats pass by and people dance to the music coming form the countless bars and streetfood places. The Donauinsel is a green paradise with cold clear water, ready to cool of on a hot summer day. Multiple activities like Beach volleyball or Windsurfing are stations everywhere along the river, as well as clubs and bars, also the Rave culture is held high in this area.
Also there are a lot of cute little shops and authentic Viennese coffeehouses around here, which are waiting for you to be discovered!
Kurz zu uns (Addy, Joao und Julia); wir leben und arbeiten alle in Wien und genießen unser Leben gerne.
Addy hat es aus Australien nach Wien verschlagen und Joao is aus Portugal dazu gekommen. Ich (Julia) bin aus Oberösterreich
Wir mögen unsere Wg Leben sehr es ist immer voller Leben, kleinen Partys langen Abenden und guter Stimmung. Das jetzt einer geht ist schade aber es macht Platz für neue Abenteuer. Die Wohnung ist groß genug damit man seine Ruhe hat (auf Privatsphäre wird natürlich wert gelegt) und gemütlich genug für ein schönes Miteinander.
Wir freuen uns auf neue Bekanntschaften. Wir sind Weltoffen, außerdem kochen wir gerne und trinken gerne zusammen, gehen ab und an zusammen aus und machen auch so alles, was man eben gerne mit Freunden unternimmt.
Des weiteren glauben wir, ist es eh am besten sich einfach mal kennenzulernen und zu schauen ob die Funken fliegen.

You would live with Joao, Addy and me (Julia) - It is save to say that we got really lucky to live with friends everyday and we hope to find somebody who would like to share this dynamic.
It is an international bunch and therefore we always experience a lot and like to exchange. We are all young working people and sometimes we do home office together in our living room. We like to have a little party or cook together and friends are always welcome :) But of course as always, everyone can withdraw completely and spend undisturbed as much time alone as you want. Since the apartment is relatively large, everyone has his retreat and privacy is also valued.
Furthermore, we believe it is best to just get to know each other and see if the sparks fly.
