The room is unfurnished and facing the courtyard with a window. It is equipped with a fish-bone parquet, a three-meter high space height and a radiator. You enter the room separately from the hallway. Opposite is the bathroom and adjacent is my room (the double door to be seen is not open) and the 12 m2 common room/dining room.
Apartment:
The other rooms are equipped with furniture. For example, there is a cabinet with plenty of storage space as well as a shelf and dining table in the cabinet. There is a mirror table and shelves in the large front room. The kitchen is modern and has a gas stove with e-oven, new fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and a new washing machine. In addition, there is a separate toilet. In the courtyard you can park a bicycle.
The 3rd position District is really super central and you are in 2 minutes at U3 Cardinal Nagl Square. It takes 2 stations to Vienna-Mitte and 4 to Stephansplatz. In 20 minutes you will be at the Main University. In the immediate vicinity are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, drugstore or post office. Prater and Danube Canal are not too far away for walks, sports activities or recreation.

I would call myself a calm but quite open-minded person, who is very important to a harmonious coexistence and at the same time a lot of me-time.
