Dieses wunderschöne Zimmer im 5. wiener Gemeindebezirk steht ab Anfang Februar für etwa drei Wochen frei und sucht für diese Zeit noch nach einem Bewohner oder einer Bewohnerin 👋🏼 Auf 21m2 gibt es reichlich Platz zum Ausbreiten, der große Schreibtisch am Fenster bietet einen geeigneten Arbeitsplatz, zwei Sessel laden zum verweilen ein und ein großes Holzpalettenbett sowie die zum Innenhof gerichteten Fenster sorgen für angenehmen und ruhigen Schlaf :)

This beautiful room in Vienna's 5th district will be available for just over three weeks from the beginning of february and is still looking for a resident for this time 👋🏼 At 21m2 there is plenty of space to spread out, the large desk by the window offers a suitable one Workplace, two armchairs invite you to linger and a large wooden pallet bed as well as the windows facing the inner courtyard ensure a pleasant and peaceful sleep :)
Die insgesamt 130m2 große Wohnung im dritten Stock bietet eine herrliche Lage, ganz nah am Naschmarkt, am Schloss Belvedere und dem Karlplatz. Einkaufen kann man in wenigen Gehminuten quasi vor der Haustür, SPAR & BILLA, dm & BIPA und eine Menge gemütlicher Cafés sind gleich um die Ecke zu finden. Wen es durch die Stadt zieht, bringen die Buslinien 12A, 13A, 14A, 59A, und die U-Bahn-Linie U4 zu Tages- und zur Nachtzeit überall hin. Die studentischen Bezirke wie der 6.,7.,8., und 9. sowie die Universität lassen sich aber auch wunderbar zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen 😊
The 130m2 apartment on the third floor offers a wonderful location, very close to the Naschmarkt, Belvedere Palace and Karlplatz. You can shop in just a few minutes' walk, practically on your doorstep, SPAR & BILLA, dm & BIPA and a lot of cozy cafés can be found just around the corner. If you're traveling through the city, bus lines 12A, 13A, 14A, 59A, and the subway line U4 take you everywhere during the day and night. The student districts such as the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th as well as the university can also be easily reached on foot or by bike 😊
Deine beiden Mitbewohner Nils und Miguel befinden sich in ihren Semesterferien und sind somit zeitweise vor Ort, es kann aber auch sein, dass man einmal allein in der Wohnung ist. Beide sind dabei sehr aufgeschlossene und super freundliche Typen, somit ist das WG-Leben immer gemütlich und ermöglicht, dass sich alle zuhause wohlfühlen 😋
Your two roommates Nils and Miguel are on their semester break and are therefore on site at times, but it may also be the case that you are alone in the apartment. Both are very open-minded and super friendly guys, so living in a shared apartment is always comfortable and allows everyone to feel comfortable at home 😋
Wenn organisatorisch alles klappt, stünde gegen eine zusätzliche Kaution vielleicht auch ein Fahrrad für die gesamte Zeit zur Verfügung, das kann dann gerne auch im einzelnen besprochen werden.
If everything goes well organizationally, a bicycle might be available for the entire time for an additional deposit, which can then be discussed in detail.
