Ab dem 15.1.2025 wird bei uns in der 4er WG ein Zimmer frei. :)
Das Zimmer ist 22m2 groß, hat zwei Fenster in Richtung Straße, und hat einen schönen dunklen Holzboden.
Es hat zwei Heizkörper, die das Zimmer schön warm halten. Es wird unmöbiliert übergeben, Vorhänge bleiben.
Das Zimmer ist mittig in der Wohnung gelegen, also mit Nähe zur geselligen Küche.
Sollte man sich davon gestört fühlen, ist das Zimmer nicht unbedingt für einen geeignet.

From January 15, 2025, a room will be available in our 4-person shared house. :)
The room is 22m2, has two windows facing the street and a beautiful dark wooden floor.
It has two radiators that keep the room nice and warm. It will be handed over unfurnished, curtains will remain.
The room is located in the middle of the apartment, and close to the cozy kitchen.
If you know you are a very noise sensitive person, the room is not necessarily suited for you.

Das Haus, das wir als WG bewohnen liegt in der Mollardgasse im 6.Bezirk.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig aber sehr zentral gelegen, Bruno-Keisky-Park ist gleich um die Ecke. Naschmarkt und Cafes sind in der Nähe, eigentlich ist sehr vieles in der Nähe!
5 Minuten zur U4 und 10 Minuten zur U6.
Ein Highlight unserer Wohnung ist die rieeesige Dachterrasse, welche eine unglaubliche Ressource fuer uns ist - besonders im Frühling ;). Wenn die Sonne mal draussen ist, sonnen wir uns dort beim Brunch.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat mehrere Gemeinschaftsraeume; neben der Terrasse gibt es ein extra Zimmer, als Wohnzimmer Büro oder Musikraum. Auch haben wir eine große Küche wo gerne ganze Abende und ganze Nächte mit Musik machen oder Spiele spielen verbracht werden.
Es gibt zwei Badezimmer (Klo & Dusche), was in einer 4er WG durchaus praktisch ist.

The house we live in as a shared apartment is located in Mollardgasse in the 6th district.
The apartment is quiet but very centrally located, Bruno-Keisky-Park is just around the corner. Naschmarkt and cafes are nearby, actually very much is nearby!
5 minutes to the U4 and 10 minutes to the U6.
A highlight of our apartment is the huuuuuge roof terrace, which is an incredible resource for us - especially in spring ;). When the sun is out, we sunbathe there while having brunch.
The apartment is very large and has several common rooms; besides the terrace there is an extra room, as a living room office or music room. We also have a large kitchen where whole evenings and nights are spent playing music or games.
There are two bathrooms (toilet & shower), which is quite practical in a 4-person shared apartment.

The WG life is very thriving and relaxed. We cook for us and make events together.
Generally, we all live our own lives, but we are happy to share it with friends or companies. Since we also have an English-speaking person in the round, English is normal for us as the main conversation language.
We have a weekly cleaning plan. We wish that this intermediate renter*in cleanliness is important and willing to participate in the cleaning plan.
The residents:
VIOLA (28) - is a contemporary dancer, but is currently studying history and psychology at the faculty. It's professional as a special teacher.
STEFAN (34) - Student, musician, doctor. His love of music is expressed in a wonderful and entertaining way, likes to gimme, loves Leonard Cohen.

Life in the shared flat is very chill and relaxed. We cook for ourselves and do events together.
In general, we all lead our own lives, but we are happy to share it with common friends or activities. Since we have an English-speaking person in the house, English is normal for us as a main language of conversation.
We have a weekly cleaning schedule, and we would like it if cleanliness and the participation in the cleaning schedule is so important to the new tennant. :
