The room is a sweet, very bright room overlooking the belt and the Lugner City. With a little head twist you can also look out to the country (or you come to my room and enjoy the 3-window view).
The room is between the kitchen and my room.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei der UBahn Station Burggasse-Stadthalle und liegt gegenüber der Lugner City. Wir sind direkt am Gürtel also ist es sehr laut vom Verkehr, man gewöhnt sich aber dran :)
In 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man im Herzen des 7 Bezirks wo tolle Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf dich warten.
Eigentlich ist jedes erdenkliche Geschäft innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Die Mariahilfer Straße ist öffentlich in 10 Minuten oder zu Fuß in so 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Direkt vor der Wohnung befindet sich auch die Bushaltestelle für den 48 A der direkt zum Volkstheater fährt.
There's always something going on in the WG. Stefan (dein Mitbewohnsi) regularly invites friends and often makes games evenings and house parties.
Common cooking evenings and the Yappen day are regularly on the schedule.
Putzplan does not exist just because it is just cleaned when a person in the household notices that it is necessary.
Your cohabitant feeds vegans and would therefore prefer a person who also feeds vegans or vegetarians :)
Stefan studies apprenticeship and works alongside the dentist (dont even ask as this fits together), and is otherwise also a lot on the go (especially if not winter), which is why you will spend enough time alone.
By the beginning of Feburar, a person should be found because it will otherwise be stressful with rent because the person who has lived here has to pay a new apartment :)
