The room is super beautiful and bright and equipped with many great plants that should also be maintained. It is very spacious and has a typical old building flair. The furniture is more sizing. It is the most central room in the apartment. However, it is still possible to pull back well and also take some distance from the WG life.

The location is on the Kaiserstraße in the 7th district. The district is super aging and there is a lot to discover, as well as Billa, Bipa and Denns are within reach, as well as Hofer is also located on Kaiserstraße. Mariahilferstraße can be reached within 6 minutes on foot. Metro line U6 is 3 minutes walk away. The Westbahnhof is 8 minutes walk away and right in front of the front door leaves the 5th tram. The Urban Loritz square offers optimal opportunities to feed well in a nightly hunger attack. The Berliner Dönner is also not far away. As well as several pubs, bars and restaurants with which the 7 te district is richly spiced.
