Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum der coolsten Gegend Wiens. Fußläufig sind viele coole Bars, Cafés und Restaurant und unzählige Supermärkte/Drogerien erreichbar. Die Einkaufsstraße Mariahilfer Straße ist auch nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß weit weg, wo man alles andere findet.

Die U3 Neubaugasse, ist gleich ums Eck und sonst gibt es viele weitere Öffis in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The flat is located in the centre of the coolest area of Vienna. Many hip bars, cafés and restaurants and countless supermarkets/drugstores are within walking distance. The shopping street Mariahilfer Straße is also only a 2-minute walk away, where you can find literally everything.

The U3 Neubaugasse underground station is just around the corner and there are many other public transport options in the immediate vicinity.

L'appartement est situé au centre du quartier le plus branché de Vienne. De nombreux bars, cafés et restaurants branchés ainsi que d'innombrables supermarchés et pharmacies sont accessibles à pied. La rue commerçante Mariahilfer Straße est également à 2 minutes de marche, où vous trouverez franchment tout.

La station de métro U3 Neubaugasse est juste au coin de la rue, et il y a beaucoup d'autres options de transport public dans les environs immédiats.

Die WG besteht aus Heiko, Aleks und mir, Michael. Wir studieren alle drei an der TU Wien.

Wir sind alle sehr aktiv und viel unterwegs. Trotzdem verbringen wir gerne Zeit zusammen, meistens treffen wir uns morgens zum Frühstück in der Küche, machen gemeinsam Sport, kochen abends mal zusammen oder gehen auf nen Drink oder ins Kino. Die Wohnung ist unser Wohlfühlort und Partys machen wir daher nicht in der Wohnung, sondern in den vielen coolen Locations der Stadt. Freunde sind aber immer herzlich willkommen :)

Heiko kommt aus Konstanz und studiert Robotik, Aleks kommt von Zypern und studiert Informatik und ich gehe ab April für 6 Monate nach Tokyo, um meine Thesis in Architectural Informatics zu fertig zu schreiben.
Neben unseren Studien arbeiten wir alle drei in Teilzeit in unseren Metiers.

Als Freunde sind uns Respekt und Rücksichtnahme sehr wichtig, genauso wie Ordnung und Sauberkeit.
Wir suchen jemanden der/die unseren aktiven Lebensstil teilt, verlässlich und ordentlich ist.

The flat share consists of Heiko, Aleks and me, Michael. All three of us are studying at the TU Vienna.

We are all very active and travel a lot. Nevertheless, we enjoy spending time together. We usually meet in the morning for breakfast in the kitchen, do sports together, cook together in the evening or go out for a drink or to the cinema. The flat is our feel-good place and so we don't party in the flat, but in the many cool locations in the city. But friends are always welcome :)

Heiko comes from Konstanz and is studying robotics, Aleks comes from Cyprus and is studying computer science and I'm going to Tokyo for 6 months from April to finish my thesis in Architectural Informatics.
In addition to our studies, all three of us work part-time in our professions.

As friends, respect and consideration are very important to us, as are tidiness and cleanliness.
We are looking for someone who shares our active lifestyle, is reliable and tidy.

La colocation se compose de Heiko, Aleks et moi, Michael. Nous étudions tous les trois à l'université technique de Vienne.

Nous sommes tous très actifs et souvent en déplacement. Malgré tout, nous aimons passer du temps ensemble, le plus souvent nous nous retrouvons le matin pour le petit-déjeuner dans la cuisine, nous faisons du sport ensemble, nous cuisinons ensemble le soir ou nous allons boire un verre ou au cinéma. L'appartement est notre lieu de bien-être et nous ne faisons donc pas de fêtes dans l'appartement, mais dans les nombreux endroits sympas de la ville. Mais les amis sont toujours les bienvenus :)

Heiko vient de Constance et étudie la robotique, Aleks vient de Chypre et étudie l'informatique et je pars à partir d'avril pour six mois à Tokyo afin de terminer ma thèse en Architectural Informatics.
En plus de nos études, nous travaillons tous les trois à temps partiel dans nos métiers respectifs.

En tant qu'amis, le respect et la considération sont très importants pour nous, tout comme l'ordre et la propreté.
Nous cherchons quelqu'un qui partage notre style de vie actif, qui soit fiable et ordonné.
