The room looks onto the peaceful inner courtyard. It comes complete with a bed, wardrobe, desk, couch and a table.
The apartment is situated in a calm courtyard near the boundary of districts 7 and 8.
There are tram stations for lines 2, 5 and 33, as well as a bus stop for line 13A just 3 minutes away on foot.
Additionally, both U6 - Josefstädterstraße and U3 - Volkstheater underground stations are within a 10-minute walk.
There are several shops in close proximity to the apartment, including Billa, Spar, Hofer, and Dm. Additionally, the neighbouring areas offer a variety of cute restaurants, bars, and cafes.
You would live with Anna (23) and Eliane (27).
Anna is from Germany, near Munich and studies Psychology. In her free time she loves to go cycling, running, doing Yoga or meets up with friends.
Eliane is also from Germany, Berlin, and studied Biology. She works full time in a labor and also does Yoga in her free time, as well as cooking and meeting up with friends.
I would say our living together is really easy going. We have a cleaning schedule and everyone cleans up after themselves. Everyone has their own life but still we are doing stuff together as well. The big kitchen is the heart of the flat and also the zone of coming together, cooking and talking. But if someone needs time for oneself it‘s never a topic. Everything can, nothing has to.
It may be possible to prolong the duration of the stay, I will probably know more latest in one month.
