BITTE NUR BEWERBUNGEN AB 25 JAHRE! SORRY <3
Hi ihr Lieben,
In unserer wunderbaren 5er-WG wird ein ca. 30 m² Zimmer ab März 2025 frei. Das Eck-Zimmer ist ohne Witz riesig, genug Platz für Yoga, Fahrradwerkstatt und Trampolin. ;) Große Fenster schauen nach Nord-Osten mit Blick aufs Rathaus. Fischgrätparkett, hohe Wände, ein Traum von Altbau.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 168 m², eine größere Küche + Essbereich, ein kleines Wohnzimmer, Abstellraum, Bad mit Badewanne, getrennt begehbare Toilette und einen süßen Balkon zum mini-Garteln oder Rauchen. Sie ist im 4. Stockwerk ohne Aufzug, das Gym erspart man sich somit. ;)
Deine Vormieterin lässt paar Möbel da, für 100€ bekommst du den schicken braunen Kasten, den Couchtisch, das Sofa und den Schreibtisch. Sie ist aber sehr offen drüber zu reden und die Sachen sonst anderweitig zu verkaufen.
The WG is centrally located in the 8th district with super connections to the Öffis. Just a few minutes away you will find:
- U6 (Josefstädterstraße) and U2 (Rathaus)
- 5er, 33er and 2er trams
- 13A bus
And otherwise the area offers all kinds of shopping and bars. The tunnel is just around the corner, delicious ice cream from Carlo is in the Hamerlingpark and a few steps further you will find Vienna's best Thai (Mamamon). You are on foot in seven minutes in the 16th, ten minutes at the town hall or in five minutes in the 7th and 9th.
We are:
Joël, he / be, 30, fashion freak. If he doesn't sell hip tourists a new outfit in the vintage shop, you can see him in his room behind the sewing machine while he enchants you a well-cycled jeans. <3 He listens to the night Beyoncé, Lana del Rey and Madonna. In itself, he is super sweet, a peoplepleaser, so he naturally turns down the bass when asked. ; His friend is also part of the Wg-Inventar as well as the various ransom plants that sprinkle from every corner.
Lilian, she/she, 25, has just finished her studies and in the new year starts a little more in her working life. She likes to go to events around Queerness and Antirassism and otherwise romanticizes the life with hobbies from Waacking over fun drinks to hang with friends and simply lie comfortably.
Thorben, he/she, 32, theater man. Works as a dramaturge at the theater, accordingly has working hours from early to late, is much on the go and often on the weekend. It's good to be able to steal a beer from the refrigerator with others if he's after it. His friend is visiting the WG again and again.
Anna, they / she, 25, is the latest member in the WG. Anna studies gender studies and has just started working as a social worker. Anna likes to spend their spare time with and with friends, often on polio or cultural events - but also in chill mode at home or when cooking together. Anna is a sucker for queer pop culture and also there is the idea to create an e-ply.
All together we are queer or hetero, political-left or green. Work a lot and like to be on the go, but still enjoy finding ourselves in the kitchen in the evening, drinking together and telling us about the day. We like it clean and have a weekly cleaning plan. A nice and respectful approach to each other is just as important to us as a fundamental interest in living together. <=3
