Hallo an alle,
ich vermiete mein grünes Zimmer über den Sommer unter. Es ist 11,5m² groß, hat schönen Parkettboden und ist zentral begehbar. Das Fenster geht zur Straßenseite und am Nachmittag scheint auch mal die Sonne rein. In der Wohnung gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Theke, ein Badezimmer mit Wanne und Waschmaschine sowie eine Toilette und ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch. Ein Highlight unserer Wohnung ist die recht große Terasse im Innenhof mit Blick auf einen schönen, großen Baum. Einen Fahrradkeller gibt es im Haus ebenfalls.
Bonuspunkt: In der Wohnung wird es im Sommer nicht heiß! Also gibts es keine unangenehm schwitzigen Nächte:)

Hello there,
I am subrenting my very green room over the summer. It has 11,5m², nice parquet floor and is accesible from a common area. The window faces the street and the sun shines into the room in the afternoon. The kitchen has a cozy bar counter, there is a Bathtub-Shower combination, a seperate toilet und a couch in the living room/entrance area. A big highlight of the flat is the big terrace in the inner yard with a view on an old tree. A bike room is available in the building too.
Special treat during summer: It does not get hot in the flat at all! So no uncomfortably sweaty nights:)
Die WG befindet sich in der Blindengasse im 8. Bezirk in der Nähe der Josefstädter Straße. Die Öffis U6, 2, 5, 33 und 44 sind alle in unter 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
An Supermärkten ist alles was das Herz begehrt in maximal 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen (Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Spar, Bipa, DM, Penny, Denns Biomarkt...). Wer lieber auf Märkte geht hat es zum Brunnenmarkt auch nicht weit.
Im großen und ganzen ist die Lage also ziemlich perfekt!

The flat is located in the 8th district close to the tube station Josefstädter Straße. Many other public transports (U6, 2, 5, 33, 44) are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Furthermore there is a big variety of supermarkets within a maximum of 10 minutes by foot (Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Spar, Bipa, DM...) and a farmers market is nearby as well.
So in total pretty perfect!
Die zwei Mitbewohner:innen heißen Cynthia und Matthias. Cynthia wird über den Sommer auch hier sein. Matthias ist zur Zeit nicht in Wien, aber kommt Ende Juli auch wieder zurück.
Beide sind gern für gemeinsame Unternehmungen zu haben.

Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert, Bettwäsche wird bereit gestellt. Wie man auf den Bildern sieht, habe ich sehr viele Pflanzen, die mir auch wichtig sind. Es wäre also schön, wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast und sie am Leben erhalten kannst. Ansonsten wird sich auch gerne Cynthia darum kümmern, sie würde in dem Fall immer wieder mal ins Zimmer kommen zum gießen. Aber das natürlich nach Absprache.
Die Miete inkludiert bereits sämtliche Kosten!

The room is fully furnished and bed linen will be provided. As you can see on the pictures, i have a lot of plants which I love. So it would be nice if you have a green thumb and can keep them alive. Otherwise Cynthia can also care for the plants which means, that she will be coming into the room from time to time to water them. But this after consultation only.
The rental fee already includes all costs!
