Bright, 13m ² room in old building in 3 WG, close to the AHF in the 9th District Helles, 13m² Zimmer in Altbau in 3er WG, AKH-Nähe im 9. Bezirk

The apartment is located in a little one-way street in the 9th District at the border to the 8th district.
Here you get everything the heart needs - Billa, Scar, Hofer, BIPA, Dm, Pharmacy, Trafik, Döner stand and bike workshop are not more than 5 minutes away. The public connection is very good! From us you need about 2-3 minutes walk to U6 station, 43 and 44 tram, as well as 10 minutes to the 13A bus line.
In the Old AKH, 5 minutes away from us, the green Vienna can be enjoyed in all seasons and has almost become our personal garden. For a fresh breeze, the Danube Canal is also not far away (about 15 jogging min).
The main uni at the Schottentor can be reached with open air in 10 minutes (7 by bike) and in 15 minutes you will be in the center, at the bars, the theatres, cinemas and what else you need.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer wenig befahrene Einbahnstraße im 9. Bezirk an der Grenze zum 8. Bezirk.
Hier bekommst du alles, was das Herz so braucht - Billa, Spar, Hofer, BIPA, Dm, Apotheke, Trafik, Dönerstand und Fahrradwerkstatt sind nicht weiter als 5 Minuten entfernt. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist sehr gut! Von uns aus brauchst du ca. 2-3 Minuten Gehweg zu U6-Station, 43er- und 44er-Straßenbahn, sowie 10 Minuten zur 13A-Buslinie.
Im Alten AKH, 5 Minuten von uns entfernt, lässt sich das grüne Wien zu allen Jahreszeiten wundervoll genießen und ist fast schon zu unserem persönlichen Garten geworden. Für eine frische Brise ist der Donau-Kanal auch nicht weit entfernt (ca. 15 Jogging-Min).
Die Hauptuni am Schottentor ist mit Öffis in 10 Minuten (7 mit dem Rad) zu erreichen und in 15 Minuten bist du im Zentrum, bei den Bars, den Theatern, Kinos und was man sonst noch so braucht.

As our roommate Georgi soon leaves Vienna, you would live with Enis and Olena.

Enis (27), I study business informatics at the main uni in the Master and work part-time as a software developer. This makes me quite busy at times, but I am still very motivated to do a lot.
On the way you will meet me either on my city road through the city, on the race wheel, in the boulder hall or in bars and clubs at the party.

To me (Olena), I come from Luxembourg (which means that I speak one language or another;), I am 27 years old and I study political science at the main uni in the Master's. I would describe myself as a humorous and open person and would like to be on the road with my friend. But I also like to just hide in my room when my introverted page should come over me. Besides the university, I like to do sports (gym, ballet) or deal with politics, languages and psychology. In a WG, I place a lot of emphasis on good communication, so that each has the space to address their needs.

We both attach great importance to a harmonious atmosphere of the WG and therefore seek an open, life-like and entrepreneurial person with whom people can feel at home.
We also place value on a considerate living together - each: r needs time and rest for itself, but cozy chat in our kitchen, cooking sessions, Netflix evenings or home workouts are welcome.

PS: Cleanliness is quite important to us! We have a rotating weekly cleaning plan.

Da unser Mitbewohnerin Georgi bald Wien verlässt, würdest du mit Enis und Olena zusammenwohnen.

Enis (27), ich studiere Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Hauptuni im Master und arbeite Teilzeit als Software-Entwickler. Dadurch bin ich zeitweise zwar schon recht busy, aber bin trotzdem sehr motiviert viel zu unternehmen.
Unterwegs wirst du mich entweder auf meinem Stadtrad durch die City flitzend, auf dem Rennrad, in der Boulderhalle oder in Bars und Clubs beim Feiern antreffen.

Zu mir (Olena), ich komme aus Luxemburg (was zur Folge hat, dass ich die ein oder andere Sprache spreche ;), bin 27 Jahre alt und studiere Politikwissenschaft an der Hauptuni im Master. Ich würde mich als einen humorvollen und offenen Menschen beschreiben und bin gerne unterwegs mit Freund/innen. Ich verkrieche mich aber auch gerne einfach mal in meinem Zimmer, wenn mich meine introvertierte Seite doch mal überkommen sollte. Neben der Uni mache ich gerne Sport (Gym, Ballett) oder befasse mich mit Politik, Sprachen und Psychologie. In einer WG lege ich viel Wert auf eine gute Kommunikation, sodass jede/r den Raum hat, ihre/seine Bedürfnisse anzusprechen.

Wir legen beide großen Wert auf eine harmonische WG-Atmosphäre und suchen deswegen eine offene, lebensfrohe und unternehmungslustige Person, mit der Mensch sich wohlfühlen kann.
Wir legen auch auf ein rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben Wert - jede:r braucht mal Zeit und Ruhe für sich, aber gemütliche Plaudereien in unserer Wohnküche, Koch-sessions, Netflix Abende oder Homeworkouts sind gerne willkommen.

PS: Sauberkeit ist uns ziemlich wichtig! Wir haben einen rotierenden wöchentlichen Putzplan.
