There will be a room in our WG. The room would be at least 1. March.
It is a beautiful, about 20m2 two bunk rooms. Below there is a great bed that can be used as a sofa or as a bed. A wardrobe / storage cabinet is also in the room. No replacement. Es handelt sich um ein schönes, ca 20m2 zwei Etagenzimmer. Unten gibts n tollen Einbaubett das als Sofa oder gleich als Bett benutzt werden kann. Auch ein Kleiderschrank/ Aufbewahrungsschrank befindet sich schon im Zimmer. KEINE Ablöse. Die Fenster strecken sich bis nach ganz oben, sodass auch die Hochebene genügend Licht abbekommt. Über die Stiege hinauf ist dann Platz für Schreibtisch (bleibt auf Wunsch auch in der WG), Bett und etwaige Möbel.
Das Zimmer wird teil möbliert (auf Wunsch) übergeben und wir unbefristet vermietet. Die Wohnung hat ca 75 m2 und verfügt über Küche, kleiner Essbereich, Bad mit WC und Dusche. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
