The apartment is on the last floor of a modern building next to the AKH (1090), it has two floors and is super luminous.
On the first floor are the kitchen, living room, one bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor are two bedrooms and a great open space. And last but not least the access to our big and quiet balcony, perfect to chill in the summer. Pictures are not up to date, right now its full of flowers and stuff, but be assured - the apartment is amazing.
Alser Straße (U6) is less than 5 minutes walking, quiet area, chill neighbours.
We are Paul (30) and Lucas (26 - or thats what im hoping he isnt sitting next to me) from Austria and Germany and have been living here for the past year with Rebecca, who is about to move out. Both of us are very easy going, positive and friendly, Would describe us as outdoorsy and active (bouldering, volleyball, swimming,...) and often out for drinks in the evenings. Sometimes I work from home, but there are also days where I am basically not around at all.
I have lived most of my life with others and enjoy having different people around. Future roommates should be clean, good with plants and easy going. I dont want anyone solely for the purpose of sharing the rent. International people are highly welcome as well. Both of us have lived all over the world.
Also, we have two very cute cats.
