Liebe WG-Suchende,
Da meine liebe Mitbewohnerin nach ihrer Heimatland leider zurück zieht, bin ich auf der Suche nach eine Mitbewohnerin ab dem 4. Juli 2022!
Dein Zimmer ist 20 m^2 groß. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert!
Wir haben eine Küche und einen mittelgroßen Vorraum, in dem sich der Esstisch befindet. Das Bad und WC sind getrennt.
Die Kaution beträgt 1000 Euro und die Miete beträgt 435 inkl. alles.
Es gibt auch noch Ablöse für die Möbel.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen 9. Bezirk und ist 2 Minuten Gehweg von den Straßenbahnen 40,41,42 und von der U6 Währinger Straße/Volksoper entfernt.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit mir, Melisa teilen. Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere Architektur an der TU. Ich bin ein nicht komplizierter Mensch. Gitarre zu spielen, wandern, yoga sind nur einige meiner Hobbies :)
Da meine Pläne unklar sein, kann es sein, dass ich auch in ein paar Monaten ausziehe. Dann solltest du einverstanden sein, eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/-in zu suchen.

Dear flat searchers,
Starting from 4. July I am looking for a flatemate for a beautiful apartment in Währinger Gürtel 1090.
The room is 20m^2 big and it is fully furnished!
The cost of the room is 435 Euro (all inclusive) and there is also deposit of 1000 Euros.
The flat is near to U6 (Währinger Straße/ Volksoper) and 40,41,42 tram stations.
You will be sharing this flat with me, Melisa (22). I am half turkish and half russian and studying Architecture at the Technical University. I love playing the guitar, traveling and cooking.
I am looking for an open-minded, joyful person who wants to to live a relaxed WG life!
