The apartment is located in the beautiful Simmering (on the border to the 3rd district): right at the house is the S7, bus 69A and the 11-er Bim - also the U3, Bim 71 and 6 are in the run, so you are very connected.

Nearby there are numerous supermarkets and a beautiful park, ideal for relaxing or sports. The university (in particular the biology centre) and the main station are also easily accessible. Also on Sundays you will find everything you need in Simmering;)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Simmering (an der Grenze zum 3. Bezirk): direkt am Haus fährt die S7, Bus 69A und die 11er Bim - außerdem sind die U3, Bim 71 und 6 in laufnähe, sodass man super angebunden ist.

In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte sowie einen schönen Park, ideal zum Entspannen oder Sport treiben. Die Uni (insbesondere das Biologiezentrum) und der Hauptbahnhof sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Auch an Sonntagen findest du in Simmering alles was du brauchst ;)

We are a relaxed, friendly and harmonious WG and we are looking for someone as open and childish as we are. A tolerant and cross-friendly attitude is particularly important to us. We also attach importance to cleanliness and order. We understand each other very well and like to spend time together - we are definitely not a purpose WG.


Here are some information about us:)

Amelie (22): I come from Munich and study biology with a focus on genetics and microbiology.
I like to go jogging and start bouldering again. Otherwise I like to read and bake sometimes:)

Erik (22): I come from Göttingen and study astronomy. I like to play guitar and actually do a lot of sport (unfortunately not so often since my studies, but I want to change that again). I'm a rather quiet guy and I like to stay in my room or in college for a long time, but you see me sometimes and I like the life of the WG very much:).

Jasmin (20 years): I come from England, but I grew up in Heidelberg. I'm studying organic with a focus on botany. I like to play guitar, sing and do sports. I like to go out in bars, clubs or splash stands.

Daniils (24) I come from Latvia, then I grew up in Darmstadt. Study psychology. What I like to do is cook, sometimes also to late;)
I am adventurous and spontaneous, at hobbies I always like to say that I swim, but often I don't do it
I am in Vienna and not, sometimes much at home and sometimes not at all - I actually look different every week.

Wir sind eine entspannte, freundliche und harmonische WG und suchen jemanden, der genauso offen und chillig ist wie wir. Eine tolerante und queerfreundliche Einstellung ist uns besonders wichtig 🌈. Außerdem legen wir Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Wir verstehen uns untereinander sehr gut und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander – eine Zweck-WG sind wir definitiv nicht 😊.


Hier paar Infos zu uns :)

Amelie (22): ich komme aus München und studiere Biologie mit Schwerpunkt auf Genetik und Mikrobiologie.
Ich gehe gerne joggen und will wieder anfangen zu bouldern. Ansonsten lese ich gerne und backe auch ab und zu :)

Erik (22): Ich komme aus Göttingen und studiere Astronomie. Ich spiele gerne Gitarre und mache eigentlich sehr viel Sport (seit dem Studium leider nicht mehr so häufig, aber das will ich wieder ändern🙂). Ich bin ein eher ruhiger Typ und bleibe auch gerne mal für eine längere Zeit in meinem Zimmer oder in der Uni, man sieht mich aber trotzdem ab und zu und ich mag das WG-Leben sehr :).

Jasmin (20 Jahre): Ich komme aus England, bin aber in Heidelberg aufgewachsen. Ich studiere Bio mit Schwerpunkt Botanik. Ich spiele gerne Gitarre, singe und mache gern Sport. Ich mags auch gern mal rauszugehen in Bars, Clubs oder Spritzerständen 😉

Daniils (24) ich komme aus Lettland, bin dann in Darmstadt aufgewachsen. Studiere Psychologie. Was ich sehr gerne mache ist kochen, manchmal auch um spät ;)
Ich bin abenteuerlustig und spontan, bei Hobbys sage ich immer ganz gerne dass ich schwimme, aber oft tue ich es nicht 🤭
Ich bin mal in Wien und mal nicht, mal viel zuhause und mal gar nicht - eigentlich sieht bei mir jede woche anders aus.

When moving in, a single 37 €ORF contribution is to be recovered.
