As I travel (Annabelle) in February, we are looking for a sub-rent*in for this period for our beautiful duplex apartment including a huge roof terrace in the fifteenth.
It's like this: The apartment is two-storey and on the lower floor are all rooms (so also your room, as well as living, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet & Lilly's room), except Pauline's room, the entrance with bar and the roof terrace, which can be reached via a spiral staircase.
Your potential room is 22m2 tall and will be rented fully furnished, so you don't have to worry about anything (I would be happy if you could throw an eye on my plants <3).
The intake and extraction data are relatively fixed, but, of course, it is possible to talk about it in case of interventions.
The location is great!
3 min to the U3 Schweglerstraße (2 stations and you are on Mariahilferstraße)
2min to 49 trams (which will take you to the 7th district within 10min) and 13A bus
4min to the 9th tram
10 min by bike to Yppenplatz + 2 min to Café Kriemhild
We are Lilly and Annabelle. Lilly studies in the bachelor's art history, works alongside as a photographer, borrows: good coffee (also have a sieve slider;), art/music/intermediate. If the weekend is super fond of electronic music or with its bike on the Danube.
Paula finishes her Master in Economics and Philosophy this summer and is even more than a second Master to follow. She also likes to cook passionately vegetarian, goes to dance electronic music and spends the summer on the Danube in the sun with a good book.
We appreciate our presence very much and are eagerly almost daily, are not good for order, but expect a certain basic cleanliness. We have a cleaning plan, but sometimes we just talk about what's so clean, or who's looking for something. We all like to party, invite friends to visit us (EM, Pride, Birthdays, Movie Watch ...), but also appreciate our retreats. So we would like to have a friendly relationship with each other!:) (Since we know how this is still our insta to stalk: Lilly_Katharina, annabellesgalerie)

What you might want to know is that we sometimes look after the cats from a friend (but they are very dear, see photos). It would be good if you don't have cat hair allergy or fear of cats.
