In the immediate vicinity is the great Märzstraße, the Meiselmarkt, the cycle route of the Goldschlag road passes directly by us. West train station and U3 are also right around the corner, even if we are mostly on the road by bike that is sometimes quite nice;)

So everything that a heart can only desire: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, drugstores, etc.

In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt die tolle Märzstraße, der Meiselmarkt, die Radroute der Goldschlagstraße geht direkt an uns vorbei. Westbahnhof und U3 sind auch direkt um die Ecke, auch wenn wir großteils mit dem Rad unterwegs sind ist das manchmal ganz nett ; )

Also eigentlich alles da was ein Herz nur so begehren kann: Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, Drogerien etc.

We are Lea, Vinz and Clemens and are looking for another * n love * n roommate * in who * wants to live with us from mid-February / March in the greatest WG Vienna.

We, these are
Lea (32), social worker, dreamlike dry humour, with green thumb and a heart for plants; congratulates the WG not only with self-drawn tomatoes and good conversations, but also with its craft skills. Her nickname "Resterlköchin" is a program, because she's magic from really all the wonderful dishes.

Clemens (31), doing something with children (teacher) and studying next door, has a real talent for "setting up small rooms as cool as possible" (10m2 room); loves plants and sleeps in a really green oasis; in his free time, go boulders and this also sometimes on the rock; I like to go to the saune and communicate with pigeons.

Vinz (32) in a coffee and cocktails. He's about to start his education as a general practitioner.
It's business-fun and likes to be among people. Love to do theatre, concerts, boulders, yoga, football and nonsense. Always like to ride with his van to the Atlantic and surf the waves up and down there. Attention: If Vinz goes on a trip, the whole living room with its 736 things will be occupied.

We imagine a relaxed, comfortable, respectful and harmonious life of the WG, in which all discussions and concerns find their place. During the day each * r will follow its / their operations, but in the evening we will be happy to sit together with one or other beer and cook together.
The heart of our WG lies in the common rooms, in front of everything the open kitchen with the connected terrace, where you like to meet and cook or eat together. In summer, the meeting place is naturally moved to the beautiful terraces, where grilled and chained together and friends are always welcome. We also like to do hiking, together with film evenings, or at night tank stoves etc. If someone wants to have his peace, that's not a problem, we want it!

Wir sind Lea, Vinz und Clemens und suchen eine*n weitere*n liebe*n Mitbewohner*in, der*die mit uns zusammen ab Mitte Februar/März in der tollsten WG Wiens wohnen möchte.

Wir, das sind
Lea (32), Sozialarbeiterin, traumhaft trockener Humor, mit grünem Daumen und einem Herz für Pflanzen; beglückt die WG nicht nur mit selbstgezogenen Tomaten und guten Gesprächen, sondern auch mit ihren handwerklichen Fähigkeiten. Ihr Spitzname "Resterlköchin" ist Programm, denn sie zaubert aus wirklich Allem traumhafte Gerichte.

Clemens (31), macht beruflich irgendetwas mit Kindern (Lehrer) und studiert nebenher noch, hat ein wirkliches Talent dafür „kleine Räume so cozy einzurichten wie es nur geht“ (10m2 Zimmer); liebt Pflanzen und schläft in einer wirklich grünen Oase; geht in seiner Freizeit gerne Bouldern und das auch mal am Felsen; geht gerne in die Saune und kann mit Tauben kommunizieren .

Vinz (32) zuletzt in einem Café Cocktails und Kaffee gezaubert. Beginnt bald seine Ausbildung zum Allgemeinmediziner.
Ist unternehmenslustig und gerne unter Menschen. Liebt Theater, Konzerte, Bouldern, Yoga, Fußball und Quatsch machen. Fährt immer wieder gerne mit seinem Van an den Atlantik und surft dort die Wellen rauf und runter. Achtung: Geht Vinz auf Reisen wird erst mal das ganze Wohnzimmer mit seinen 736 Sachen okkupiert.

Wir stellen uns ein entspanntes, gemütliches, respektvolles und harmonisches WG-Leben vor, in dem jegliche Gespräche und Anliegen ihren Platz finden. Tagsüber geht jede*r seinen/ihren Erledigungen nach, aber abends sitzen wir gerne auch mal zusammen bei dem einen oder anderen Bierchen und kochen zusammen.
Das Herz unserer WG liegt in den Gemeinschaftsräumen, vor Allem die offene Wohnküche mit der angeschlossenen Terrasse, wo man sich gerne trifft und zusammen kocht oder isst. Im Sommer verlagert sich der Treffpunkt naturgemäß auf die traumhaften Terrassen, wo zusammen gegrillt und gechillt wird und Freund*innen immer herzlich willkommen sind. Auch Wandern, gemeinsame Filmabende, oder nächtliche Tanzekstasen etc. unternehmen wir gerne mal zusammen. Möchte jemand seine Ruhe haben ist das gar kein Problem, die wollen wir auch!
