wir suchen ab 15.02 eine*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere gemütliche 3er WG mit wunderschöner Terrasse im Herzen von Neulerchenfeld. Die Wohnung ist ein Dachaufbau auf einem 2. stöckigen Altbau und wurde 2018 neu saniert. Sie ist ca 100m² groß, hat 2 Etagen und eine 50m² große Terrasse, die in einen sehr ruhigen Innenhof führt und zum Verweilen einlädt. Alle WG-Zimmer sind im ruhigen Obergeschoss, während alle Gemeinschaftsflächen (Küche, mega-Terrasse, fettes Wohnzimmer) eine große, kommunale Wohnebene im Stockwerk darunter bilden.
Zu vergeben ist ein ca 15m² Zimmer (ca.3mx5m) unterm Dach, das Richtung Osten geht, also fetter Sonnenaufgang und lauschige Zimmertemperatur. Außerdem gibt es zwei Badezimmer in der Wohnung.

Hello there,
we are looking for a roommate from 15.02 for our cozy 3-bed flat share with a beautiful terrace in the heart of Neulerchenfeld. The apartment is a loft conversion on a 2nd floor old building and was newly renovated in 2018. It is approx. 100m² in size, has 2 floors and a 50m² terrace, which leads into a very quiet inner courtyard and invites you to linger. All shared rooms are on the quiet upper floor, while all communal areas (cozy kitchen, cracking terrace, adequate living room) form a large, communal living level on the floor below.
For rent is a 15m² room (approx. 3mx5m) under the roof, which faces east, so there is a great sunrise and a cozy room temperature. There are also two bathrooms in the apartment. Wondering why there's no picture of your room? It's too cluttered to make a meaningful picture. You have to come and see it, but it will be handed over in good condition, empty, swept clean and with lots of charm!

Restliche Lebensgeschichte&gschichterl, life,-hard& softfacts, Trivia, anekdotale Bio und selektive Erinnerungen bitten wir beim persönlichen kennenlernen herauszufinden.
Wenn du außerdem die basics menschlicher Co-habitation gemeistert hast: also kommunizieren kannst was du magst und was nicht, was du liebst und was dich störst, putzt, die miese Miete zahlst, die akut von Hyperdesertifikation betroffenen Pflanzen gießen kannst, dich alleweile mal mit uns auf n Kaffee oder Spritzer vertratscht und um die Häuser ziehst, tolerant bist, keine Teller wirfst und mindestens einmal die Woche lachst oder zumindest unseres erträgst,- dann fühl dich umso mehr eingeladen&willkommen!
We don't want to live in a functional flat share,- we like to cook, eat, laugh, drink, party and dance together,- we look forward to lots of cheerfulness, life and new impulses that you bring to our shared flat share and are happy to share ours! We've both lived in Vienna for a long time, studied something in the humanities or something like that, work 50% of the time, but palaver-loiter-roam-stravelling-celebrate-do-sing-dance-jiggle-jiggle 100% of the time! If you have also mastered the basics of human co-habitation: i.e. can communicate what you like and what you don't, what you love and what bothers you, clean, pay the lousy rent, water the plants acutely affected by hyper-desertification, chat with us every now and then for a coffee or a spritz and move around the houses, are tolerant, don't throw plates and laugh at least once a week or at least put up with ours, then feel all the more invited&welcome!
