Ich suche einen neue/n Mitbewohner/in für eine gemütliche Wohnung im 16. Bezirk.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 4 Zimmer:
2 Schlafzimmer (ca. 16qm) und 1 extra Zimmer (ca. 14qm), das wir beide zum Home-Office oder so verwenden können, es hat es auch eine Schlaf-Couch für Gäste.
Das Beste an der Wohung ist aber das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Küche, das zum Entspannen nach der Arbeit oder mit Freunden perfekt ist.
Die Wohnung und die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist prinzipiell unmöbliert, aber meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin verkauft ein paar Möbel und ich habe ein bisschen was im Keller, das du gerne benutzen kannst.
Die Lage ist großartig. Wir sind direkt neben dem Brunnenmarkt, wo man das beste Street Food bekommt, und dem Yppenplatz, einer wirklich schönen Gegend mit Cafés und Restaurants. Auch die U6 ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten im MQ.
Über mich: Ich bin Christine, 28 Jahre alt und arbeite in einer kleinen Tech-Firma in Wien. Work-Life sei gedankt, ist es unter der Woche bei mir eher ruhig. Am Wochenende bin ich meistens dann unterwegs.

Looking for a new flatmate for a cozy apartment in the 16th.
The flat has 3 rooms: 2 bedrooms for each of us (around 16m2) and 1 room that we can both use for doing some home office or working out, it also has a couch for the occasional guest.
Most importantly, the flat has an amazing living room with kitchen area that is great for hanging out after work and/or dinner with guests.
The flat and kitchen are equipped with everything we need.
Your future room is (probably) without any furniture, but I have a few things in the cellar you could use if you like.
The location is great. We are right next to the Brunnenmarkt, where you get the best street food, and Yppenplatz, which is a really nice area with cafes and restaurants. Also, the U6 is 3 mins away. You are at MQ within 20 mins by foot.
About me: I am Christine, 28, currently working at a small tech-company in Vienna. Thanks to working life I keep it low-key during the week, maybe go for dinner with friends or hang out at home. But anything goes on the weekend...
