Hello!
Since I'm moving with my friend, my cozy room is on to rent!
The start of the rental is 01.02.

The room is quiet, with window to our balcony. You can reach this through Anna-Marias rooms or through your own window. (I like to go through the window haha)

Where I placed my desk, you can see a tree perfectly and have a beautiful view of the green.
The balcony is great to make lunch break. :

The room has 17qm2, is rectangular and generally quite advantageous cut.

I don't care if I don't kill it, or you like something. That's what we can do.

The wall has already painted my predecessor so you can also choose a different wall color.

The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful wooden floor. The kitchen is bright and well equipped, the toilet is seperat and we have 2 bathrooms in our apartment. We also have a dining area over the corner, which together with the couch is our living room at the same time.

There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and good kitchen facilities in the apartment.

The balcony is very large and Anna Maria had a small vegetable garden outside this year, there you can also taste.

Our WG is located in the Treustraße. This means that we are only a parallel road away from the Danube Canal, so really great for Jogger! Around the corner of the house is a small park, on the other side (200m) is the Brigittenauer indoor swimming pool. To the underground station Spittelau (U4, U6) it is on foot 6min (you only have to cross the bridge over the Danube Canal, so it is also great for the bike). The Bim stop Wexstraße is 3min away, and the 37er bus to the Boku can be reached in 5min.
I've always driven to the WU and it's very fast to reach with U4/U2.
So with us you get really easy to the Hauptuni, Boku and WU.
By the way, it is 10min in the 1.
District :)
Supermarkets are around the corner (Lidl, BillaPlus and a penny). A pharmacy and everything else is within walking distance.

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Anna-Maria und Gregor. Anna-Maria studiert Nutztierwissenschaften, Gregor macht Chinesisch und Politikwissenschaften.
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und rücksichtsvoll. Wir haben einen Putzplan, bei dem jeder wöchentlich zwei Aufgaben zu erledigen hat. Wir teilen uns manche Lebensmittel und splitten dafür die Kosten, aber das könnt ihr dann neu miteinander ausmachen. Hin und wieder kochen wir zusammen was, aber jede von uns hat natürlich auch ihr eigenes Leben, in dem wir alle momentan ordentlich eingespannt sind. Aber gemeinsames Abendessen geht sich auf jeden Fall mal aus, wenn man Lust dazu hat :)
An Wochenenden ist es ganz unterschiedlich wer daheim ist, da hat man auch mal die Wohnung für sich.

You'd take over the contract from me, we're all three main tenants. The landlord is super nice, and you can talk with her very well and it is super uncomplicated.
