There is one room available in a beautiful art nouveau building. It is fully furnished, and has lots of natural light, high ceilings, double doors, timber floors. The apartment has an extra guest a room, a big kitchen and a living room all fully equipped. I am looking for someone respectful and sociable with a view to stay mid to long term. I am originally from Argentina but I grew up in Australia. I speak Spanish, English and a little German. I play Australian football and im learning the guitar. Ana is the other roomate, she is a graphic designer who loves drinking and smoking alone in her room listing to heavy metal music. She can only be seen between the hours of 2am and 6 am. Just kidding, she is lovely.
One thing that I am adamant about, is that I need 2 full months notice before ending this agreement. That is usually the time it takes to find a new roommate so its only fair that that is the notice given.
