Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben. Ansonsten besitzt die Wohnung noch ein Wohnzimmer inkl. Couch, Esstisch, Fernseher, eine Küche mit Küchengeräten, Badezimmer und WC sind einzeln begehbar. Am Eingang der Wohnung befindet sich auch eine Garderobe und die Möglichkeit, die Schuhe dort auszuziehen. Bei den Fotos erkennt man alles ziemlich gut.

The room will be handed over unfurnished. Otherwise, the apartment also has a living room with a couch, dining table, TV, a kitchen with appliances, a separate bathroom and toilet. There’s also a hallway closet at the entrance with space to take off your shoes. You can see everything clearly in the photos.
Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Besonders die WU ist sehr einfach zu erreichen, man braucht nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum LC (Bibliothek). Die FH Wien BFI ist nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die SFU ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit der nahgelegenen U2 kommt man aber sonst auch gut zu allen anderen Universitäten.

- Spar direkt vor der Tür (extrem praktisch, wenn man schnell was braucht, in 10 Sekunden ist man dort)
- Lidl ca. 2 Min. zu Fuß entfernt

The location is really great. Especially for the WU, it’s very easy to get there—only a 10-minute walk to the LC (Library). The FH Wien BFI is an 8-minute walk away, and SFU is about 10 minutes on foot. With the nearby U2 subway line, you can also easily reach all other universities.

- Spar right outside the door (extremely convenient if you need something quickly; you can get there in 10 seconds)
- Lidl about a 2-minute walk away

Also worth mentioning is that the Danube and Prater Park are both only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Both are lovely spots for a nice, relaxing walk.
Ich werde aus der Wohnung ausziehen, meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin bleibt aber in der Wohnung. Sie studiert auch an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien und arbeitet nebenbei in einer Marketing Agentur. Sie ist eine ordentliche und sehr nette Person, die auch gerne etwas kocht und auch gerne mal einen Filmeabend organisiert.

I will be moving out of the apartment, but my current roommate will be staying. She also studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and works part-time at a marketing agency. She’s a tidy and very nice person who also enjoys cooking and occasionally organizes a movie night.
Ein Einzug ist ab 1. Dezember möglich.
Wenn es dazu kommt, dass du die Wohnung mieten wirst, kontaktiere ich einfach den Vermieter und dieser würde dir den Vertrag zuschicken. Die Kaution überweist du dann am besten an mich, da ich sie bereits bezahlt habe. Die Miete wird immer auf ein gemeinsames Konto überwiesen, worauf meine Mitbewohnerin Zugriff hat. Auf Wunsch kannst du auch Zugriff darauf haben, das besprichst du dann aber am besten mit ihr.
Bei den Nebenkosten ist alles inkludiert, also Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom, Versicherung, WLAN.

It is possible to move in with 1st of December.
If it comes to you renting the apartment, I’ll simply contact the landlord, who will send you the contract directly. It would be best if you transfer the deposit to me since I’ve already paid it. Rent is always transferred to a shared account, which my roommate has access to. If you’d like access as well, you can discuss it directly with her.
All utilities are included, such as heating, hot water, electricity, insurance, and Wi-Fi.
